Teza answered Wednesday March 21 2007, 12:13 am: They're not great friends. Who ever doesn't like you for who you are and your personality is not your friend. You don't need to try to impress someone or fit in just so they like you. Meet new people and start talking to more kids in your school. That way you'll get to know more people and make new friends that are like you. Don't trust everyone who you think is your "friend" because you never know when they're going to backstab you. Chose your friends wisely. [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]

If they dont like you for being you, then why consider them your friends? I know that it will be hard, but you migh want to try looking into other new people that have similar intrests as you, then maybe those people will accept you better. If you consider someone your friend, but they refuse to like you, then quit wasting your time on them, you will never know about the other people lurking behind the corner waiting for you to meet them and brighten their day.. sorry if that sounds kinda corny.. lol :)
Hope I helped and hope everything turns out great!
