chuckweed007 answered Wednesday March 21 2007, 2:53 am: I used to eat 3 meals a day and have maybe 3 different snacks a day. Once I got to college, I basically cut out a meal and 2 of my snacks. Wow, the pounds really started rolling off, I lost maybe 20 pounds in 4 months and I've been stable at my new weight for a couple years now. I used to have a snack every night before I went to bed, but I kinda thought "what's the point, you dont know if you're hungry or not when ur asleep." You dont have to starve yourself either, maybe instead of a bag of chips eat a nutrigrain bar or something healthy yet tasty :). Good luck, I know how tough this is to do.
