how can i delete my yahoo e-mail account?

go to your account info page.. once there click on the help button located on the top right hand corner of the page.. type in the search box delete my account.. then click on the link called cancle my account, then scroll down to the 3rd to last paragraph and visit the account deletion page. you will have to enter your password once more, and then click terminate this account!!!

The email account is tied to the entire yahoo account, so you have to delete your entire yahoo account. You can do so here:

This will delete all your yahoo.com info.

You might also be able to delete it by not logging into yahoo mail for 4 months.
