what is the quickest and easiest way to lose about 15 pounds besides diet pills?

Wish I had a magic answer for you but you should only lose 2 pounds a week through diet and exercise. I don't know what kind of food you eat but proper diet is very important when trying to lose weight. Eat plenty of veggies no fried food, no fast food, no dessert and don't eat after 8pm. Join a gym or run. Think you should take my advice I weigh 120.

Put on some music and dance. Try to eat less, eat slowly for you can get fool quick. Eat more fruits, you can also eat meat. Just don't eat a lot of bread. Lose weight for yourslef and no one else. Try to keep your mind off food.

Gabrielle: Hun, hun, hun! To lose 15 lbs. fast, you need to go to Curves, Jenny Craig, Bally Total Fitness. And you need to diet. And you need to excersise but don't over-do it. It reall depends on how much you weigh.

Danielle: Sweetie,drink lots of water! It quenches your thirst, and if you fill up on it, will stop you from eating junk and eatiing all of those unhealthy foods that most people eat. Excersie for about 30 mins. a day for about 6 days, and make sure you get in all of your nutrition.

dont become anorexic or anything like that.

simply eat healthier and workout.
ddr, if you have it is really fun and helps alot.
drink alot more water, it helps alot too, try not to drink too much soda but you can have some if you want.
eat less junk.
and yea workout, you can run, walk, anything.

hope that helps, its not exactly easy but its the healthiest& if you stick to it it will work..

this may not be the answer you want,..but i hope it helps!!
I really don't think that there is anyway to become skinny really fast.. but you should ask your mom if you could join a fitness center, and become phisically active, and start running, i know that running helped me cut a few puonds off.. Its not all that easy to loose a lot of pounds, you are gonna have to work for it, but i think you could do it. Then after you work hard, you'll love yourself and your body! Also try eating healthy, and cutting off candy and sodas...
