im just starting cross country...i used to run just for fun but no matter how good of condition i was in i can never keep my breathing normal. i constantly have to keep fighting to get enough air. how can i change this?? thanks in advanced..

after a while, once your body gets used to running hard, you might get over it. also i would suggest pacing yourself or working yourself up during practice(like dont immediatly start running, start with jogging) this will help your body get ready to work hard and your breathing problem will hopefully go away. or talk to your coach.

well 1rst of all, if you havnt alredy, break up with your boyfriend. then, if the guy you like has a screen name, tell him you like him online, its easier. jus tell him the whole story, dont make anything up. i would suggest that you tell him yourself, not your friend, becuz guys like girls with confidence. if he doesnt have a sn, go to the movies or sumwhere as friends then tell him. i know its hard and nerve rackin but you have nothin to lose. good luck and go get 'em!!;-)

I have a good friend that wears FUBU all the time, so it made me laugh, but I was too busy to ask him where he got it. Now I really want one for my husband, but I can't find it. hey. well this might be confusing so i'll apologize now. in novemeber of last year my aunt got married. i hated my new uncle. i know, thats rude but its also true! i loved my aunts old boyfriend .. he was great! they were going out for 6 and a half years! he was so funny too but then they broke it off. then my aunt met this other guy who she is now married too. he's okay i guess but hes such a freak! he totally changed the relationship between me and my aunt. before they met eachother me and my aunt were best friends!!! now we cant even have a simple convorasation with out him standing there & making sure everythings appropriate.

heres a little about him:
- hes a Church freak ( i guess theres nothing wrong with that .. )
- we have to listen to religious music ( and since he wont let me listen to B96 or KissFm .. i asked if i could listen to country music and he said 'no!! if you want to listen to that sh*t .. get ur own ride!' )
- he wouldnt take me and my grandma to fannie may because he said 'Jesus didnt sacrafice his life so people could waste their money over the stupidest f*ckin things!'
- we have to pray before every meal.. even if were in public. this one time my sister started eating before we prayed and her punishment was she had to say the prayer , she couldnt eat her lunch ; and for the rest of the month she had to go to church 3 days a week.
- he treats me and my sister like were 3
- he wont get cable for the same reason he wont take us to fannie may

what should i do about it? i cant talk to my aunt about it because i know she'll get so mad. how can i learn to like him? please answer.. ill rate high for good answers!!

call your aunt on the phone, where he cant butt in. tell her you want to go shopping or somehting with her. Then youll get closer and have some alone time.(hopefully your uncle wont go with you) once your close again you rly should tell her how you feel.

I just got my first kiss. It was sort of a game, if the guy made a shot in basketball he got to kiss me and my friend, and he made it. I kind of like him, and I want to hook up with him, maybe even go out with him. The problem is, my friend wanted to hook up with him and she was all over him. Shes kind of a hoe, and if we ever meet new guys, she tries hooking up with all of them. I dont think she hooked up with him yet, but I think he might be liking her more than me. I'm trying to lose some weight, and I haven't noticed any results. I havent been eating much and I've been exercising everyday for a while now. Is there any way to increase my metabolism? Good diets? Exercises? Anything helpful! Thanks~~~ :D

two ways to diet:
eat only 3 large meals a day or eat several small meals a day, whatever works for you. just remember you do need some sugar in your body to work out. swimming is the best way to speed up metablism

i would go to the movies with him. at the end when your leavin, give him a hug. then you should make the first move and kiss him. there is no reason why your bf wouldnt wanna kiss you cuz your his gf!

My brother is so disgusting. He's 19 .. almost 20 and he NEVER flushes the toilet *we share a bathroom* After he shaves he leaves all the little hairs all in our sink. He farts in public and burps randomly. Ive talked to my parents about this but he ignores them when they tell him to stop!
What should I do. Hes so disgusting!!

maybe you should try and talk to him about how you feel. it may sound harsh, but you could threaten to do stuff, like not let him use the bathroom anymore if he keeps being so gross.

Ok, me and this girl have been talkin' 4 a while now (for like 6 months). We were just friends at first but I've always liked her. She's been in really bad relationships and thinks men are dogs and will treat her like dirt. I really like her though and I wouldn't do anything like that. I like her too much. Plus I'm not even that kinda guy. I wanna love her and show her trust, honesty, and loyalty. She's been so hurt that she can't see that I wouldn't do that to her. do all the things that will make her smile...be really nice and stuff and always listen to her (girls like that). then tell her you rly lyk her and that you wanna be in a relationship. since u've been friends 4 such a while, she should trust you.but if she says she isnt ready or doesnt want to, i think you should still stay friends with her and she will realize what a great guy you are and that shes makin a mistake. but 6 months is a long time so she should trust you and i doubt she wont want to be in a relaitonship with you.
