sry i forgot to ask this earlier....do u HAVE to brush ur teeth 3 times a day with braces i dont mind i just wanna kno....I rate high!

You don't HAVE to, but you should if you want to maintain healthy teeth. Braces act like a trap for more plaque, so it's important that you brush after you eat a meal. If brushing isn't possible, then at least rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Just brushing isn't good enough, you have to brush correctly and also floss. When you're not at home, you should carry some floss or a travel toothbrush for convenience.
