well, if you are really serious about losing weight, you should plan out your meals the day before. make sure you eat enough and eat healthy. try to drink water, but if you want some flavor use the on the go crystal light packets. they are really good! also try to convince your parents or a friend to go running with you. it also helps to do a little bit of crunches here and there when you have time. GOOD LUCK and don;t worry. your friends will love you no matter what size you are!

ok so im matured (and beyond ;)) but i still havent had my period. my friend has and shes like "oh you shave your armpits? i dont have to yet" nd all this other stuff like so shes not matured as much as me but yet i KNOW she has it! hmmmmm. . .?

alright..there is this guy at my work that i used to like..but now i dont like him anymore and he still likes me and he stalks me everywhere..like at work, online, and we had this fun fest and he even stalked me there..and he freaks out at me when i say i have to go..he makes me real uncomfortable and he always stares at me..and everyone knos it.and im scard cause hes a weirdo..and me doesnt leave me alone! what should i do!? xo and im 14 (link)

your 14? oh man how old is this guy? I would tell someone if it gets extremely serious. tell him to give you your space block him on the internet... avoid him as much as you can. But make sure you alert someone if this problem persists. because that isnt good for him to be like that... well i hope it gets btter for you

Ok i'm 13 and i still kinda have baby cheeks...(not very extreme baby cheeks but they're still anoying) lol Is there any way you can reduce the size of them? I know your supposed to grow into them or something like that, but is there any way to get rid of them?

Ok, I apoligize in advance if this is really long.
But, i have this friend. We've been really close since elementary school. I really enjoy spending time with her. But when the topic about money comes up, it just makes me ache inside. I don't show it. Okay, so my family doesn't have the kind of money like her family does. Most of the time she just shoves it in my face, i don't really know if she does it on purpose or it just comes naturally.. but it's really starting to make me extremley upset. For example, we're supposed to hang out, and then shes going shopping. I sort of had the option to go with her, but i don't have any money to buy anything. And truth be told, i don't want to watch her shop, that makes it worse. I just want her to realize that theres more things to do than shop & spend money. She has everything i've always wanted. I don't know how to explain this to her, nor i don't even know what to say to her. Any advice on what i should say? Or what i should do?

Just sit her down and tell her how you are feeling and just suggest going somewhere else instead of shopping. Tell her that you find it hard to take when she brags about money and just simply ask her to lay off of it. Just be as honest as you possibly can be. If she is really your TRUE friend then she should totally understand and agree with you and if not.. then if you are willing to fight for yall's friendship try your hardest to deal with it or if you cant stand it any longer then try to let her go. I really hope that i am making since... hope i helped you

Ok so my parents left town for the weekend and im here with my college cousin. My mom told me not to go to this one guys house but hes having a huge party this weekend. first of all, DON'T take a lot of pills as previously suggested. you can always think about the good things in your life or do something to get your mind off of things. you can try running, which sometimes helps me sort out problems in my life. music also gets my mind off of problems. i'm truly sorry about your parents. try telling them about your feelings and maybe do something fun with each of them.

well, since its a cookout, i wouldn't wear anything too fancy. for a cookout i would wear something really cute that is also casual. bring your swimsuit along too in case you end up wanting to swim! have fun.

It was my week to feed the dog and I totally forgot because I got so caught up on going to a a carnival thing where "famous" people were going. I kept getting out of the house with my friends looking for good clothes and stuff like that, you know getting ready. So I TOTALLY forgot about the dog and left the poor thing with no food. I know it was my fault but I didnt want to get grounded from going so I blamed it on my brother. I told my mom that we switched weeks and we didnt. My brother will not talk to me because hes grounded for the rest of the month since the dog is sick. And it really sucks because its summer! Well I want to tell my mom that it was really my week but I dont know if I should. I am driving myself INSANE over this. Please helppp!!

this is what i would do. make a deal with your mom. create your own punishment. first tell her why you blamed it on your brother and that you feel bad about it and you know that it was wrong. then tell her that you will feed the dog for like a month or something.

my friend is also very religious. she recently moved and i wanted to make her a present. i painted and decorated a plain, wooden jewelry box. at hobby lobby, there is a section that has crosses that can be useful. i bought some little ones and glued them to the jewelry box. also, on the inside of the lid i put bible verses. i can't remember what they were, but i found them by searching through the bible itself. you might find some good verses by looking through the bible that really describe your relationship with your friend. homeade gifts are always the best. good luck!

The academy is..., The junior varsity, Ley royal scam, No use for a name, Plain white t's, Bedouin Soundclash (not rock, but they played at warped tour and they were awesome!), and The Lawrence arms. If you want to find these bands, most of them are on purevolume.com. Also on that website there is a section with the top ten unsigned bands. you would probably find a whole lot of awesome bands there. Hope i helped! GOOD LUCK

You shouldnt come down too much while you are in the shower so dont worry about that at all. You can wear a pad at night the long winged ones are the best way to go... they take good care of you preventing a lot of accidents. kotex works pretty good. Its good to work out when you are on your period it helps the pain and is just healthy. a saying says not to eat bananas while on your period because it makes you come down more... but i dont know. well, good luck with that :)

I think this is the right category..
I'm going to my first concert in December for my favourite band (Oasis) and I'm just wondering. Is it possible to get autographs of bands? Can you like leave an autograph book at the door or something, or does it never happen? It's just I'd do anything to get their signatures, but I'm not sure whether it's possible. So has anyone ever done it and had any luck?

i've gotten a lot of signatures from different bands. sometimes you'll get lucky and their bus will be easy to get to. if that is the case, try going up to it before of after the show and knock on the door to see if anyone answers. that usually only happens if the venue is pretty small. a lot of bands have signings after the show. make sure you bring a sharpie for them to use in case you just happen to see them walking around. also be sure that you know what all of them look like or else you'll never know if you saw them. have fun and good luck!!!

depends on the relationship you have with the person that kissed you. If you are really into him... then yeah i would think so. Its not good if he kissed you while you were in a relationship so he wants you i suppose? I'm not sure but i wouldnt get yourself about it too much.

just sit her down and really discuss if she is ready to do what you are so ready to do... dont try to force her into it though or she will most likely back away. So just REALLY talk to her and if she claims she is ready then go for it. if the time doesnt feel right for her then you can wait IF you are willing to*

alright well there is this guy jeff who i used to date. after a bad break up we became really close friends, we told eachother everything and always laughed and had fun together. well he started talkin to my like everyday about a differant girl he liked, and honestly i didn't mind that much. i even gave him advice on rlationships, good advice. but if i said one word about a guy he always got mad and aggrivated. then one day he told me he liked me alot and would love to be my gf, so later on i asked him out. he said "i love you so much i can't stand a break up so friends with benefits???" well that was lame so i said no, just friends. then he got mad because he said i told him i liked him then asked to be just friends.... even though he did the exact same thing. well we forgave and forgot and he started talking about another girl and he asked who i would probably date because he heard that i liked some guy from my friend. i told him that i liked josh and he asked me out and i said yes.... jeff got mad and started calling me all these names and being so rude! i told him he was a selfish emotional loser... harsh but i was mad. then we forgave eachother and he said i love you i am sorry. now he is being really mean to me, always getting mad over nothing and if i get mad back he sucks up to me. so i told him that i was done with him, and we should just never talk again. after hearing him sob for a while i am beginning to think that i am the bitch? am i the mean one, or is he out of line?

he seems like he is too self centered to deal with just because he was a good friend of yours he still shouldnt try to take so much control over you like that. You have your own right to like and go out with whoever you want and so does he. So what you did... i totally agree with; maybe that will put him in his place and make him realize so to be so selfish. So dont even second guess yourself you did the right thing
