charm is deceptive beauty is vain but a woman who fears the lord shall be praised
you could put it on a pillow case or a tshirt but like if u put it on a pillow case it could show her that hwen she wakes up in the morning that she doesnt have to always look gorgeous! [ CAPTAINKJ618's advice column | Ask CAPTAINKJ618 A Question ]

If you want something REALLY short, "John 3:16" has historically been THE most popular message used by Christians for purposes of evangelizing. It refers to this verse (and I'm quoting from memory, so I may be slightly off):
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, so that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
PrettyLady16 answered Friday July 22 2005, 2:37 am: my friend is also very religious. she recently moved and i wanted to make her a present. i painted and decorated a plain, wooden jewelry box. at hobby lobby, there is a section that has crosses that can be useful. i bought some little ones and glued them to the jewelry box. also, on the inside of the lid i put bible verses. i can't remember what they were, but i found them by searching through the bible itself. you might find some good verses by looking through the bible that really describe your relationship with your friend. homeade gifts are always the best. good luck! aeromonkey answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 1:10 pm: I know this isn't helping much because i don't know the exact verse, but my friend was telling me about it at school. It's in galations somewhere and it says.. "Now I bare the mark of Christ.." that's all i remember. Sorry I didn't help much :(
MummuM answered Wednesday July 20 2005, 12:32 pm: I think this is such a sweet idea! I'm sure your friend will love what you're doing for her. Here are a few quotes I found that you could use; "Belief is truth held in the mind; faith is a fire in the heart", "By living fully, recognizing that all we do is by His power, we honor God; He in turn blesses us", "Faith, mighty faith, the promise sees, And looks to God alone; Laughs at impossibilities, And cries it shall be done", "Even if you can't see him, God is always there". You could also try this website for more quotes, if you wanted to. I think you'll find a few that you may like. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) I think that the pillowcase idea is really cute. Maybe you could put a cross or a picture of God on it. You could also make her a big photo album. Putting pictures of Religious things in it, along with some cute quotes.
