how do i get over him

kk theres this guy.. and like we went out 2 times.. and its kinda been awhile.. he said that he wasn't over me.... well then we were talking and like flurting.. and then he said like to many f-ing gurls bothering him.... and now i can't get him out of my head.. hes every were... even in my dreams..I think i still like him... HOW DO I GET HIM OUT OF MY HEAD?... AND WAS HE JUST USEING ME WHEN WE WERE FLURTING... (LIKE talking about KISSING) WAS HE PLAING ON USEING ME? HOW CAN I STOP THINKING ABOUT THIS JERK......

try to talk to other guys! you just have to block him out of your head go and do something you enjoy to do try to get out and meet more people quit obsessing over him and spend time with your friends keep an eye out for other guys you are interested in. Good Luck
