the best and easiest way to get your stomach done is to do sit ps or crunes just do like 50 a day or as many as you can and if you want fast improvements everyday increase your goal by 5 and it should work out for you. hope this helps you out.

this is ghoing to be hard for you but you need to let go of your ex. if you want to stay friends that is ok but if you dont let go every time you see him and be with him you will just get hurt again and sometimes worse then the first time. you need to give this new guy a chance. this new guy might be better to you and at least you wont get as hurt as you are right now over your boyfriend. hope this helps you out.

every reglion is different i am cathlic and i personally believe in God. i believe that there is one God and that we are either going to heaven or hell.. he gave us a chance to live and he is the only person who should judge us. there really isnt proof that he is real but you just got to believe. just like you cant prove that your boyfriend wont ever cheat on you. you got to believe and trust he wont. you get me?? everyone has there own opinon on this subject so you will get a lot of different answers. hope this helps you out.

i think you should talk to your friend that used to hang out with you and tell her how you feel. explain to her that what she is doing is messed up.. if that doesnt work right her a note and tell her.. if nothing works then i dont think she is a true friend because a true friend would never leave your side.. hope this helps you out.

i just downloaded limewire.. and i kind of know how to use it.. but when i go to "My Library", and play a song, when the song ends.. the whole thing ends.. i can only listen to a song one at a time. i mean like it doesnt play the song over again, and it doesnt play another song. the music just stops, and i have to click on a song to listen to it. i already checked the "Continuous" and "Shuffle" box where the play options are.. but that didnt do anything. how can I listen to songs one after the other(like a playlist) without having to click all the time on a song to hear it
