well if you a girl you would usually use your hips and but rub up on the person closley. if your a guy basicly the same thing but guys usually like to put their hands and girls hips.

grindin is really simple you just got to move your hips and you butt onto another person.. it really isnt heard but you can do stuff other thing just move your butt on they other person you can go down to the floor bring it up and move it all around...lol... hope this helps you out.
