I feel lately that I am a fake Christian. I say I believe in Jesus, God, etc., but I just am not very knowledgable about Christianity on the whole. All I know is, when I'm talking to God, or the few times I go to church, I am very happy, because I do know that God and Jesus love me. And my family - they all believe and everything, we're just not the most religious people, I guess. But I realize that we need to truly accept Jesus into our hearts in order to enter Heaven, and I don't even feel truly like I've done that yet. I've never brought it up with my family, but I really want all of us to get to know God and Jesus so that I can expect to meet them in Heaven, because this is kind of a priority. But how do I do this without basically saying, "Okay, here we go, we are going to believe in this whether you like it or not"? I know that sometimes people get kind of offended because they think I force my ideas about religion upon them... Sorry for the long question - I rate! (link)

this is hard, but you must trust your heart that you have done the right thing. you cant be worried about offending people, Jesus said "Surely the world will hate you because they hated me first" that means that if you are a true believer, the world will hate you. i struggled with this, but i have two AMAZING Christian friends that are awesome! you need to confess your sins before God, and even re-accept Him into your heart. if you feel that you need help doing this, tell me and i can get you the phone number to a church in my local area that will walk you through the steps of salvation, or you can ask me here! my heart goes out to you and i will pray for you! God loves you no matter what, you cant do something that will make God hate you! read Romans 3 and pay special attention to verse 28. hope it helps!

this is hard b/c it involves parents. parents make our lives hard, but they set boundries and rules that are for our own good. your parents probly dont want you to be with this guy b/c he faught sometimes. if you believe that he is the love of your life, talk to your parents about it; maybe even get your parents to talk to his parents. respect your parents wishes, maybe if you are mature about it they will let you see him.

My mother bought me a beta fish (a Japanese fighting fish) and I have no idea how to take care of it. I got a book on how to take care of it, but you have to decode it (meaning I don't understand a word of it) The local veterenarians don't really know how to take care of these fish because not alot of their clients have fighting fishes. Does anyone on Advicenators know ANYTHING about these fishes? Do you know any sites where I can find information? (link)

get tropical fish food, clean the bowl once a week, feed a few pellets/flakes as directed on the bottle. air tanks are not needed. put the bowl in a warm place, but not in direct sunlight.

I'm going to sign my teacher up to be on what not to wear. The thing is, on the sign up sheet, you have to fill out where they live, their day time phone number and adress. Obviously I have to find out that stuff without her knowing. Does anyone have any ideas of what I should do to get this information? (link)

you could ask, or use the phone book. if your teacher is married, you will have to know the mans name. you could also use an online directory.

Alright, well I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on a Christmas gift. My friend, he is 14 and he loves video games. He plays them non-stop. And I don't have enough money for a game. What would you all suggest I get him as a gift?! Something $30 or less. Thanks (link)

Im 14 and about a year ago i started noticing wierd bumps on my thighs and the backs of my arms. The bumps are kinda like pimples they have white dots in them. Even if i dont shave they dont go away. Please Help Me!

this is normal, you are not weird. you can have pimples everywhere on your body b/c a pimple is just a clogged pore.(sweat, dirt, grime, lint all clog pores up) it could be bugs, but that is unlikely. if you are worried, tell a parent and see a doc.

i cut myself today.... I cut bc my bestfriends mom is dying from a disease called lupis..and she cut herself reall badd bc of her mom... and her dad and step-mom treat her like crap... and now my teacher saw her arm and called DYPHS on her... and now she might get taken away and idk whut 2 do.... please help me.....

brent, you need to be a friend to your bestfriend. we all do somewhat stupid things, and later regret it. its this thing called being human. you might want to see a a "shrink" or a trusted adult. you will need to help your friend, but you cant do that if you are as bad off as she is.

i didnt no which one i shud put this under illness or relationships/school well anyways.... my friend rachel has 9 bros and sis's and her mom just found out that she had cancer! rachel is the oldest and is only 12! if i try to talk to her about it she just acts like she doesnt care that much and shes telling everyone! if it is possible i want to get her on extreme makeover home edition bc her family deserves it! and if her mother dies then there will b a widow father who has to raise 9 children on his own.

i would be sympathetic, but encouraging! be her friend, talk about what she wants to talk about, pray for her and her mom. i will pray for her. its heartbreaking that she is going through this, but - God willing - your friends mom will pull through!

I am a 14 year old boy who will get a caniche toy poodle in less than two months and I am very, very happy about it but there is a problem. Waiting is killing me. Those two months seem like eternity for me. What do I do to make me feel like the time is going faster. Hope you know what I mean.

study about them. find out what kinds of food are best suited for your soon-to-be pet, and what kinds of toys it might like. you might want to purchase a bed or some toys to make it feel at home when it arrives. finding out where the breed started and the most common colors etc. will help the time pass faster and will help you be more educated and better suited to care for your new pet.

This is hard, and i hope things get better for your friend. talk to her and tell her that she looks nice and stuff. call her and support her. friendship is one of the things that she will really need right now. you might want to take her to an adult that will help her that she and you both know and trust. (maybe even a physchiatrist)

go to "people" at the top of your buddy list, the window will come down and you can choose "chat" then you just type in the invited names. you can also do it from the IM window itself. you choose "chat" and invite the people.

you could be like me, i have an Enamel Defect. this is where you have little enamel(the white stuff) on your teeth. visit a dentist, use some whitening toothpaste or whitening strips.

Hey, I'm stuck in this bad situation. I like two guys. Well, one guy I like is really sexual, like I've never done anything with him, of course since I'm only 14.. And the other guy well hes like great, he always calls me beautiful and really cares for me but always says that I like the other guy. Who would you choose? i am being forced to move from my home in texas, to the cold and mean streets of chicago. my mother got a new job, and she is carting me up there in february. however, my father lives here in tecas. i have the oppurtunity to live with him, but i never have, and we arent very compatible. should i go with my mom, or stay with my dad? tell her that she is pretty. girls love complements and stuff. and gifts are a nice touch, something small like a flower, or a bear etc. call her on the phone and e-mail her.
