first you should have a DJ over your house. then once it is 9:00 have the DJ leave and have the girls ret a scary movie, once they watch the scary movie have all the girls that want to sleep over sleep over. then in the morning have a big breakfast with like eggs, beacon, pancakes, waffles, beans, muffins, ice cream, cake, and cookies. mostly watever they want. that is my idea of a great party. i hope that i help, tell your sister "Happy birthday" for me. ~*L*~

Think of a theme like iceskating! Or a hawiann theme to get back in the season. Try something simple and easy for you! I am sure your sister will enjoy anything anytime! Think of stylish things a thirteen year old would like. Use you knowledge of being 13 again. Let me know how it goes!!

Hi Sweetie,
Skip the pool party thought since its cold... although the coldness may make it super cool? ...that or everyone will get the flu and die and no one will say the party sucked. l.o.l. I'm sorry. Okay... you know any high school bands at your school that are actually good? It may be coold to have a real band who's new and not yet media corupted at your house. ...Her mother lets her do anything? ...Should I suggest vodka or... is does that not fall into the "anything" category? l.o.l. ...sorry again. Well this party is important since she's becomig a teen. Do something fun like have a popcorn-fight party. Oh and do prank calls and truth or dare with lots of props for "dare".
Hope the party is really fun and yo guys have the time of your life. My best wishes! ~Blessed Be...

Turn your home (or one room in your house) into the "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous!" Make her feel really important and make sure there is a "bar" with stocked soda where she can go to drink, munch on crackers, and talk with someone she digs. Have a D.J. corner all worked out (CD's in the player and a pile to listen to). Decorate with lights (strobe, lava lamps, etc.) and accessories (props, party decor, beaded curtains) and have like a couple beanbags around. Try using a theme! Like a hawaiian dream, or a winter wonderland...the ideas could be endless!! Pick an idea and go with it, just give her and all her friends something to talk about for the rest of the school year!! Hope I gave you some inspiration...also, good for you for trying to give your sister a good time.

My advice would be that if you have a hotel in your city to rent out their meeting room if they have one. Have a big party there with a DJ and stuff. If the hotel has an indoor pool ask for acess to that, or just the hot tub. Invite lots of guys and girls from her school and make it a very mature party. have it on a friday or saturday, and then rent a couple hotel rooms and have a huge sleepover with her closest friends! This has a lot of poential! If doing that is not an option... then maybe have a formal V.I.P dinner party. invite guys and girls that a pretty close to her and go to a nice resturant (or aat home) and eat dinner, etc. You could go all out and ask the kids to dress up like their fav. star or just fancy. One more idea is to rent a cabin in the mountains and take some friends for a snow weekend.. or just go to a ski resort. I hope one of these work for you! I turned 13 a few months ago and these would've been totally awesome birthday partys! (I went camping by a lake with 10 of my closest friends for my party, it was lots of fun) I hope this helps! if you'd like any other ideas.. please drop a note in my inbox or AIM me!

~Kayla

just let the party go as it wants maybe at first people could just be hangin out and chit chattin then later mabe their going to *PROBABLY* have some love or hate drama. trust me, there always is. what ever you do DO NOT LET PEOPLE GET ON THE COMPUTER TO TALK ON AIM OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT. that totally ruins partys.
