Well I have this best friend I have known since 1st grade. We were always together. Well as we got older we started not to talk. And now that I am in Jr. High I never even see her all that much. Well just not that long ago, I heard some news about her that really hurt my heart. She has been involved with drugs. And when I say drugs I mean the really bad stuff. The next day I pulled her aside and told her how much I was worried and that if she needed help I was willing to give it a try. But unexpected she took it the wrong way and started yelling and saying how I need to say out of her life and that noone can help her. And so I dont know what to do at this point! I really dont wanna see a best friend of mine ruin her life infront of me. What do I do???

People make a lot of mistakes that cant be helped with. Its great of you that your trying to help her but she will just have to find it out on her own wut shes doing is wrong even if it can ruin her life. Talk to a guidance counselor about like secretly callign ur friend to her/his office and talk to her about drugs and stuff. Good Luck to ur friend.

Deffinitly still be friends with him. I lost one of my best friends beacause of a fight and it was the most horrible exspierence ever. Dont loose someone who you love a lot.Love him more as a friend,i'm sure he loves you as a friend to.

Valentines Day, is coming up! & I really want to get my boyfriend something special. On Valentines Day, we would've been dating for almost 3 months. He's really into baseball and LOVES New York Yankees, and likes Derek Jeter. His favorite band is Simple Plan. But I really want to get him something special, that is a really good price, not to expensive.. I was thinking about getting him a necklace of some sort, or maybe a ring, but do you think that seems "gay?" Or Maybe a big bear that says I LOVE YOU, or Your mine or something? Do guys even like bears?! I'm really confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS.!!

Put of you in a frame and like decorate the frame with baseball stuff and hearts. If i was a guy that would be cool i think cuz its something he likes and since its you in the frame and since he loves u it will be perfecto lol.

now im not blowin my own trumpet or anything, but im a pretty good singer. recently i entered this singing competition, but im getting really neervous about the first heat. i hardly ever sing in front of people (except at my singing lessons) and im getting really nervous - its on the 24th of jan and i dont even know what song im going to sing! can anybody help with calming down about this, coz im really scared im going to do REALLY badly on the day!

You have to believe in yourself. If your as good as you say you are then you will have no problem. Your doing something you love! so you shouldnt have a problem with it. Just member that even if you dont do good theres always other chances out there for you. Good luck

okay, so i'll start at the beginning. I like this guy in my school. We talk about every otherday, enough for him to know who i am, but i mean, we're not the best of friends. He has no idea i like him, but i want him to know. I don't have a really big self-esteem, i never really did. I'm chubby, but i still think i'm pretty, its just i'm so afraid of getting rejected, sometimes i hold back.
anyway, so i got ahold of his email address, made myself a new address so he wouldn't know who i was, and i emailed him, telling him i liked him and all that. well, that was 2 weeks ago, and needless to say, he doesnt check his email. I need some help here guys, what should i do? what if he doesnt like me, i've had my heart set on him.

Ok, well make sure that you absolutely really like this guy before you tell him that you like him. It would be really good if u tell him in person and not infront of a lot of people. Dont be afraid if he doesnt like you there are plenty of other fish in the sea! Good luck.

I am in middle school right now, and I don't have many friends. Like I'm not shy or anything, but I don't hang out with a lot of people. Do you think when I go to highschool (next year) I will have more friends? Or is it just me?

I didnt have a lot of friends in middle school cuz it turned out they all pretty much ditched me. But when i got to highschool this year { im in 8th grade} i started hanging out with the 9th graders. Maybe the kids in ur school arent like you at all and thats why you dont have a lot of friends. Join some type of activity that you like and then u'll meet people who have the same interests you do. I HATE MY MOMS BOYFRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every one thinks hes soooooooooo nice but theres just something about him i dont like hes hespanic but my boyfriend is hespanic so im not against hespanics and he was my moms teenage love. I just dont get it i hate him and i told my mom but shes like o shut up u never do anything for me. And that really hurt me. Im crying every night and i cant live with my dad cuz he is always traveling and i feel like dieing. She doesnt get it and my mom was always nice to me but now since she has been dating this guy. She is totally agaisnt me. Its not fair. He claims to "care" for me and my brother but i dont think its true. He thinks that my mom is going to marry him and she said it isnt true but i dont trust her. PLEASE HELP!!! I will rate 5

Aww that totally sucks. You have to find someway to get your mother to listen to you. It could take a lot of work but you have to. A good way is to have your school guidence counselor call your mom and have her come in and the three of you can talk. Try Talking to your mom's boyfriend about him treating you better and tell him how you feel with your mom there. Worse comes to worse you might have to move with ur dad even though he travels a lot. ok...i feel really bad. my ex bf and i broke up a little over a month ago.( we are still friends) I have a new bf, but he is still single. He told me he likes this girl named "sue". But "Sue" is really fat and ugly. and i told my ex bf that...and i also said that he could do way better than that..:/ ( ( i no ) ). Well it turns out that when i was talking to him about this one of "sue's" friends was right behind us and heard everything i said. well, of course she told "sue" what i had said. "Sue" started crying in class. ( it turns out "sue" likes him too.) and one of her friends named "Jan" heard the whole story. and right before the bell rang "jan" comes up to me and says why are you talking SH** about "sue" and i was like "sue"? and shes like "stop pretending you don't know what im talking about?! you little dumb a**! meet me outside of class after the next period." "Jan" has been known for getting in many fights...( and winning)...she gotton detention and suspended a couple of times. What do i do? I can't fight worth crap!!! This happened on thurs. (i don't have school friday or monday) Thurs. right after that class (luckily i had a dentist appoitment)i left. "Jan" didn't see me. but im worried something will happen to me on tues. between me n "Jan". Please help me! What do i do? I will rate!!!

Dont fight them at all... just stay after school or something. If they continue to threaten you then go to the ur guidence counselor. Guys can like any type of person they want to wether there big or little it matters on the inside.

ok well i have one main friend in my school----my best friend------and i'm starting to feel lonely. And it's not the type of lonely where i feel invisible. No, it's much worse, a lot of people know me, they just don't want to be my friend and they're really mean to me. My best friend thinks they're haters. Like today, this one girl said to me when I was at my locker "o0o0o those jeans are cute....but they don't look right on YOU." People are so mean and rude these days. Your probably going to have 1 true friend through life. Haveing one great friend is great. Dont listen to those people because its not worth it! Your probably a really nice person. Its so annoying how people treat nice people like crap. If someone says something like that to you gain be like well u know wut thats not ur problem so leave me alone.

ok ive been asking questions about my boyfriend...like me not thinking he cared about me and stuff well yesterday i passed out and couldnt breathe and i think it scared him and i think he relized how much he loves now that it happend to me...he is constantly telling me how much he loves me and how much he needs me...

Its not like there not your friends if u just take one. Before you go on vacay have them all come over for a party and tell them how much they mean to you and that you would love to bring them all but u cant, so you decided to bring so and so. Have fun!

Okay this is a question for guys and girls. im a 15 year old girl and i like this kid and he said that he likes me to but he doesn't want a girlfriend. im confused though cause we have like 45 min conversations on the phone and talk alot. what does that all mean?

It could mean hes just trying to get to know you more. Maybe he likes you but more as a friend. Talk to him about this.

I am 14 (soon to be 15 in march)
well I have a stupid crush. Its not that the guy is stupid its just me having a crush. Feeling this way is of no use to me. I mean I was perfectly fine walking by a hot guy and thinking now he is "FINE" but when I get around my crush I get this weird tingling thing in my stomach and feeling kinda warm in my face. The weirdest thing is when ever I am around him I feel pretty. Stupid I know. I just want to be normal again. Its not like I act silly with Alex its just that I don't want to have any crushes. Crushes are stupid in my case...they never work out.
The problem is I know how to give myself advice and its some pretty good stuff its just that my crush's acts of kindness toward me makes the feeling in the pit my stomach increase somehow...I just want to be normal and to have a clear mind.

If you like him then why wouldnt you want to have a crush on him? This guy could actually like you a lot to. Its alright to like someone and get hurt it just prepares you for the future when you meet that speacial guy. My grandma and grandpa met when they were 16 and are married! So you never know.....

Hey, I would like to know if you all can tell what is wrong with my finger and if I should go to the doctor. Wednesday night, I was at gymnastics messing around, and as I went for a back tuck, my middle finger jammed into my leg... then about 3 minutes later, I jammed it again into a panel mat (a hard mat in case you dont know) same finger and everything. My coach didnt care because i shouldnt have been messing around, so I went through the rest of practice ignoring the pain. Its now 2 days later, and im getting shooting pains throughout it, my whole finger is about 1 1/2 the size of the other, and my knuckle in the middle of my finger is twice the size of the other and i cant feel from there down to the end of it. I have it taped together for now, but it hurts to even write, im typing this without it. Im sorry its long, but i cant decide if I should go to the docot Monday and get x-rays jus to make surem or relax and let it heal on its own because of an expierience with shoulda been broken foot since i didnt go to the doctor right away. Today, I had to call home for some medicine to help with the pain. So, what do you all think of this situation (any of you who read this)...?

Well, i jammed my finger one time and i couldnt write cuz it hurt really bad. Ice you finger right when you get home from school and late at night while your going to sleep. If it doesnt get better in like 5 days then totally go to a doctor. Ibeprofen and advil might help if its really killing u. Hope you feel betterz.

My bestfriend and I... dont really get along... we can't be around eachother for more then 10 minutes or we'll start fighting.. n i have 2 other bestfriends (all four of us are bestfriends lol) and they think it gets annoying but me and my friend are trying to work it out but we cant.. n i just wanna kno if u think this is a good friendship.. so tell me wat u think.. thanx a bunch!

Umm, well if you fight every day that wouldnt really be best friends. Its deffinitly not a good friend ship if you two try to fix it but u cant.

okay theres this and she kind of used to be my friend (we don't go to the same school and shes a grade lower than me) and she is a total prep (you can ask anyone and they'll tell you shes a bizotch), so i guess thats why were not friends anymore. I skateboard and i wear stuff from like zumiez, pac-sun, and somtimes hot topic, and she shops at like abercromie, A.E, and those stores. well the other day she shows up at this place wearing the same shoes as me (grey & pink etnies) and i was like "you don't skateboard" and she said shes learning, so i asked what kind of skateboard she has and she said she didn't have one. hmm... how do you learn without a skateboard? and none of her friends have skateboards cuse there all preppy bizotches too. then i saw her at youth group and she had on the same frikin pants as me too! (they were dickie's skateboarding pants) and then shes like "oh! look jeanine!! we almost have the same outfit!" and she was wearing this abercrombie shirt with it that looked so with the rest of her outfit. she tries to hang out with me 24/7... she calls me to talk about "skateboarding" and she doesnt even know what an ollie is. and she buys the same cds as me AND she got her hair cut and highlighted almost exactally like mine! HOW DO I TELL HER I DON'T LIKE HER TRYING TO BE LIKE ME AND FOLLOWING ME AROUND EVERYWHERE? AND THAT SHE SHOULD STOP TRYING TO BE SOMEONE SHES NOT?? help please. thanks.

Not to be mean but your friend can wear any type of clothes she wants to and can be a skateboarder if she wants. Maybe she thinks that u being a skateboarder is cool and thinks it wouls be interesting to try.

Ok my I have a friend Laura* and she is always copying me! For instance, I got my hair cut short and the next thing you know she decides to cut off her like 3ft long hair too! And the other day on the bus I was singing the Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme song (:D) and she goes " OH! I LOVE THAT SONG!!!! " I was like...goodddddd!!!!! It just gets on my nerves alot! Idk how to make her stop...anyone have any ideas? THANKS!

Do something that she would never do in a lifetime. If its something bad then dont do it in school and nothing violent. If that doesnt work then just tell her how you feel. If she's your friend then she'll understand. Maybe she just sees you as a wonderful person who she looks up to!

ok so i'm fighting w/ my bestfriend..and like now the "popular" girls are all sorta taking her side. and they decided to put mean things in their infos about me, and it doesnt say me but i can tell..and their so stuck up and snobby and they think their so much better than everyone else, when their just b*tches that spend their time talking about other people. and they think their so "popular" when more people hate them then actually like them. and i have a group of friends that love me for me and i'm happy with my life. so after hearing all this your probably thinking what's the problem? well even though i know i shouldnt let what they say get to me..it Really Really does..and it just hurts even though i know their not worth my time. :-( any advice? i rate high for effort..thanks..

Like you said there not even worth your time and you shouldnt listen to them at all. You know who your true friends are and that theyve got your back.

Okay..well theres a guy im going out with and its been a month and a half and well, i need to know a way i can break up with him, and well ive seen many questions like this asked before, plz dont tell me to tell him the truth..becuz everyone is saying that, all i need is to know what i should say to him but in a way where he wont hate me because we go back..we are good friends and im afraid if i break up with him it wont be the same :( but ill rate high!
Plzz just gie me some ideas.
