okay i was on this website and this guy got my aim s/n from it and we started talking. he kept askin me so many questions like what do you look like? how old you are? where i go to school at? and if i have a b/f. so i answered everything not honestly cuz i dont no if he is a stalker.lol. then he finally asked if we could meet sometime. my question is should i continue to talk to him because it seems like he wants a relationship which would mean we have to meet. and i do not want to meet with him in real life cause of all those sick people out there. so should i continue to talk to him or what do i do? will rate high. thanks! First of all, you shouldn't have answered those questions he asked you, even if you didn't answer them truthfully. You don't know him, and he sounds like a stalker/rapist/abuser/in general, some guy who wants to use you for your body, because men are born in a world where they are taught that a woman's body is to have sex with and leave. Sorry to go off topic there, I just can't stand those type of people who use women for their bodies. It's sick. Yeah, well block this guy. Do not meet with him, and tell an adult. Though it will be hard, the adult should be proud that you did the mature thing, and should not take away your internet priveleges. Hope you remain safe! :-/ :-)

okkk so me and my friend were going to start a clothing company, kind of like how brooke did clothes over bros on One Tree Hill. does anybody have anygood ideas about what we could make it called? definantly something with couture in it (link)
|
Diamond Couture?
Home-made Couture?
Retro Couture?
Vixen Couture?
Cut 'n' Paste Couture?
Kitch Couture?
Couture Kids?
Oh-So-Couture?
Couture and Culture?
I dunno man. If I were you I'd want to put my own name in there somewhere, so people would know it was mine when I became famous! Include words that associate what you're making with what image you want to give off. If you wanna be gothic, have something like Spiderweb Couture. If you wanna be sporty go for something like Active Couture. If you wanna be glam, have something like Glitzy Couture. Project your image in your name.

okay...
well i dont think im fat but i still want to get fit
the thing is...
everytime i say that i'll go excersise i always change my mind
like i'll be thinking 'hmm i think i'll go do some sit ups' or something like that i always find something else to do like go on the computer or something....this really bothers me
its not that im lazy its just that i have a short attention span...kind of
any suggetions?

I heard that if you figit all the time you don't need to do so much exercise, because you burn calories ALL THE TIME! This would be great for someone with a short attention-span. Wiggle your legs while you're at the computer, hold weights (e.g. baked bean cans!) in your arms outstretched while watching TV. That kinda thing.
Skipping with a skipping rope is my fave workout, it tones your thighs and legs and arms. Swimming does your whole body. Why not just get involved with a sport at school? Find an exercise or sport or activity you enjoy!
I've got a work-out DVD that I find really helpful. I just put it on and it tells me waht to do, so I don't really need to motivate myself! They have DVDs going from £5.99 at Play.com! (Sorry if you're American and can't use this site, I don't know if you can, I'm from the UK, but I'm sure there are other sites you can get them from!!!)I recomend the Hip-hop Workout or the Bollywood Workout because they're so much fun that you don't think oh-my-goodness-this-is-soooo-boring. Because they teach you how to do a certain kind of dance at the same time as making you fit!
If you exercise 20 minutes everyday, or for an hour 3 days a week, that's enough to make a difference.
You could make a wall-chart, with a box for each day, and put a star on the days you worked out, so you can really appreciate your achievements. You could reward yourself with something you enjoy every time you do some exercise (e.g. a long relaxing bath, a healthy but tasty snack, a TV show or a video game NOT a bar of chocolate - hehe). But I hear exercise itself gives off endorphines that make you happy in itself.
Anyway, good luck!

I'm going to see an adolescent psychiatrist for the first time in about a week and I was wondering what I should expect. I'm going for depression and self-injury, if that makes a difference. I just wondering what I cn epect when I go there. Thanks so much. I'll rate high.
(link)

I expect they'll have one person in a room with you who will ask you questions about why you have been feeling this way, why you have got these problems, and how they can help you. They will ask you things that will help them to help you. You might get someone who acts more like a councillor and just asks you to talk about your problems until YOU figure out why you've been acting the way you have. But I expect they'll be more the askers than the listeners. Just try to be honest with them, they are there to help. Good luck!

ok there is this friend (who is a guy and i am a girl) and he is so funny! but latley he has been calling me so we can hang out. And he keeps on saying on how much me loves me. I think he means it in a friend way but im not sure. And I had a dream when me and him were going out and it did not freak me out. Do you think i like as more then a friend or not? Anyone who can answer this is amazing!!!! I would love help!
(link)

I think he likes you as more than a friend and you do too. If you wanna explore this relationship more then hang out with him more, and maybe one day ask him if he wants to go out with you. I don't think you'll lose him as a friend if he says no! He'll just be flattered and you can say, let's keep hanging out as friends, and if he's a cool guy, and he sounds like it, then he'll be cool with it. Good luck! :D

I want to make my own clothes. I don't have much money to buy clothes so I figure this would be a cheap alternative. I have some experience with sewing. I hand-sewed a stuffed animal in teh 6th grade and I manually (sewing machine sewed) a bag with pockets and drawstrings last year. I don't have a sewing machine. So I was wondering where I can get a good inexpensive one; fabric for clothes; patterns to make teh clothes and other stuff I would need to make the clothes.
I also want to know how exactly to make clothes. Anyone with clothing making/ design experience would help. Any additional information will help also. Thank you. (websites are nice too) (link)
|
I doubt it'll be cheaper in the long run. It would only be cheaper if you made a whole load of the same thing in bulk and wern't at all tempted to buy clothes at shops. Why not just go to some really cheap supermarket to buy clothes there? e.g. Primark (UK), Walmart (US). You could maybe jazz them up a bit to make them differrent if you wanted. You can buy fabric paint and fabric pens, which you use to write and draw and add designs to your clothes. You iron in the designs to make them permanent. Dylon make good ones.

I got my sewing machine really cheap at a school fair. The textiles department were selling their old ones and buying new sewing machines. It cost me £5. You can sometimes get them at charity shops/thrift stores/second-hand shops. You could hve a look on eBay, they seem to be going for anything from $15 to $200.

I would recomend buying a sewing machine if you want to make clothes, it will save you sooooo much time and effort.
I make my own clothes for fun, to get what I want clothes to look like, instead of to save money. If you are a member of Myspace, you can check out my group, where I am showing people how to make their own stuff, and how to customise things.
http://groups.myspace.com/customisedthreads
You can buy patterns and fabrics from big shops like Debenhams or John Lewis in the UK. I'm sure some US department shops will also stock this kinda stuff.
In my opinion, making clothes isn't something that's like a really difficult art that you need to have all these amazing skills to do. I don't know much about sewing or patterns myself, although I have a GCSE in Textiles (a minor high school qualification). You can pretty much just muddle through and unpick the seams and re-sew them if it doesn't work, although you can't make fabric bigger, so always take a little more than you need in case you need to alter the seams!
If you have a piece of clothing that fits you well, and you want to make an item similar to it in a different material, then you don't need to buy a pattern. Look at the item and copy the shapes of each piece of material that has been sewn to the others - copy the shape onto a piece of paper. Try to make it exactly the same size and shape. If you need bigger paper, tape more paper together! then draw another line around the outside line, about 1.5cm or half an inch away from the first line. Then cut out along this outer line. Then buy some fabric. Then sew the pieces of fabric together in the same way they are sewn together on your original clothing item. It helps me to write a letter on each piece of paper and draw a little sketch of how the go together on the original, like, A goes next to B, which joins up to C. That kinda thing. Sew the seams about 1.5cm or half an inch away from the edge of the fabric. Remember to sew it all together inside-out so the seams will be on the inside when you turn it the right way out. When you're done, take a needle and poke all the loose threads into the inside and make a knot in them so they won't come loose, to make it more tidy. And Taa-daa! You have your new clothes! I've made a dress, two skirts and some t-shirts this way.
If you buy something cheap that isn't your size you can always alter them. With tshirts or simple dresses you can just turn them inside out and sew in a bit more, or add a little more material down the sides. With too-big jeans you can cut a little into the sides of the belt and sew them so they overlap. I have done all this stuff before, so I'm not recommending you impossible stuff!
If you don't mind your first efforts looking a bit slap-dash, a few loose threads, a slightly wonky seam, it's quite easy to make clothes. People say ooh its so hard but it's not. Things get to look more perfect the more you practise and the better you get with your sewing machine. It's like cooking: anyone can follow a recipe. Just like if you're careful, anyone can cut some material and sew it together. I would say mastering all the gadgets on your sewing machine is the hardest part about it! Also, purchase a fabric pencil, or get a white piece of chalk or a white wax crayon, coz you'll neeed it to make markings before you sew stuff together.
It is basically not that hard, as long as you're willing to acept that at first, things may look a little slap-dash. However, I use this to my advantage and make it look kind've arty, or punky. They can get away with being a lil bit scruffy!!!

Ok, So I am 13 years old and since May 2005, I have found myself madly in love with no other than a 20 year old McDonalds worker. He has started to open up a little more in the past couple of months, and he gives me lots of hugs, flirts, and shows all the "signs" of love back. Yet he has never told me. This week we are supposed to go to the movies. My question is, Should I open up and tell him I love him or should I just wait until he does? (link)
|
Dude, he's too old, he works at McDonalds, and he flirts with 13 year olds. That kind've makes him a loser as well as a pervert. If you do anything with him sexually its illegal. Don't go to the movies with him unless you go with another friend. Find someone nearer your age who's actually worth your attention.
It would be a different answer if this guy was your age. If he was your age I would say, wait for him to say it first.

Sometimes when my boyfriend and I have sex we get into positions that open up my vagina more and give more exposure. At this time he has more access to get inside me deeper. When this happens, it sometimes almost feels too good in a sense, like I can't handle it. It feels amazing, I won't lie about that, and I want to continue, but at the same time it sets me off so that I want to stop because I simply can't handle it. It seems ok after we continue, I am able to go on with doing it that way it just seems a little uncomfortable because half the time I'm wondering why it feels this way and how I should handle the sensation that feels so good that it's overpowering. Why do I feel this way, what causes it, is it normal, and how can I get over it?
Thanks a bunch! (link)
|
Yeah, I know what you mean. Sometimes I'll say, OK, stop, it's too good! I think it's normal, and I reckon if you keep going with that too-good feeling you'll reach an orgasm.
I'm guessing when he opens you up, he hits a specific point on the inside of your body that really works for you. It might be your G-spot, a small mass of tissue located inside the vagina about a third of the way up the front wall, closest to your tummy. It could be the A-spot, or AFE (anterior fornix erotic zone); a patch of sensitive tissue at the inner end of your vagina just above your cervix. Or, the U-spot, a small patch of sensitive tissue on either side of the urethral opening, an inch below the clitoris and just above the vagina. I dunno, I got this bit about spots from a magazine.
Why are you unsure about feeling so good with this guy? Are you worried about making too much noise, so someone will hear you, or are you unsure about being so abandoned with him? Do you have any intimacy issues with him? If so, these are the issues you need to address.
If its just because it feels too good to handle, don't worry about it! I feel the same way sometimes, and I think its happened to most females!

i'm fifteen yrs old. i'll be sixteen in 3 months. which isn't very far away. in november i met a guy and i really liked him. we talked for a whole day and then he asked me out. I said yes and i fell wayy hard. we had a relationship like no other. we deffently fell in love. he was 17. his birthday is in like two weeks. when we broke up i made an agreement with myself to get him back because i really did love him.. we were apart for a month and he dated people and so did i but we always found ourselves making out and holding hands every chance we got and talking on the phone everynight and still saying i love you. then he went out with my best friend and this completely killed me. one week later they broke up because she cheated on him and then he asked me back out. i didn't even hisitate to say yes. i had the love of my life back. this time we've been together for 4 months. it's been nothing short of amazing. we've seriously been through everything and we have an undying love for each other. last week my mom told me that she didn't want us dating any more being she thinks he's too old and she thinks he s a loser because he droped outa school. ive tried talking to her about this before and it worked. but she said this time her mind is final. this guy is really my everything but his friends don't like me. they think i cheat on him and stuff and are constinaly telling him he can do better. well we've been trying so hard to stay together and now he's ready to just give up. i think he got this idea from his friends but even tough we broke up last night.. nothing's changed.. i think he's coming over tomorrow to talk to me about it and i even wrote him a long email... if i dont get him back i swear i'll die. any advice for me...
i'm not goin gto move on so don't bother telling me that...
any questions about anything just ask. (link)
