Pretend it was the other way around what would you want him to say to you to start a conversation? it would help if you were in this guy's class or worked with him or something. trust me I was so shy before to! maybe even more than you, and i over came it by being nice and just talking about whatever. there will come a time where you will have to hint you like him and then eventually give him your number. here ill give you the sentence i said to this guy i liked when i gave him my number

p.s. he called me the same day and asked me out! so yea that line totally worked for me. the key is you have to be mysterious. act like you kind of have interest in him but not so much ok and you'll be fine

Hi! I just finished my shift at my job today. This married lady that I work with is trying to set me up with a guy that knows her husband. They met him at a New Years party and he asked her if she knew any cute, nice girls from her work that would want to go out with him She said he is 32 and owns his own computer business. She said he is a really nice guy and wants to date a nice girl who has no kids. He's had problems with on line dating (and so have I)

well you cant really tell much can you. just go to coffee with them see how he's like and if you wanna go out more with him then do it. if he did just want sex then you'd know fast also dont give it to him untill you think you know him well enough! thats all i can say for now anyway

For your stomach simpley do crunches, and for the thighs some quad exercises will do the trick!

Ok guys, Im somewhat at a loss. Most questions on this website tend to be at least somewhat mundane. Stuff that, while it could be very important to the poster, isnt life threatening or seriously life altering.

However, every once in a while, we come to the ones that ask a question about something where they stand to screw either their own, someone elses, or both lives.

Case in point, Ive just answered the second question from a girl who is 16 and wants to get pregnant when shes single, living at home, and basically incapable of supporting herself, much less a baby.

Now, this is not the only example, just a very recent one. Worst of all, many of the questioners in these cases are completely opposed to opposing points of view. They are determined that theirs is the right course of action, and are determined to screw themselves and others in the process.

So, my question to the masses, is does anyone know how to get through to idiots like this? Does anyone even think its possible? Im asking mostly those 18 and up, anyone can respond but Im looking for viewpoints from people who are at least looking back at the high school perspective, not in the throes of it.

Ok... this really is for guys only but if girls want to give an opinion. I just have a question... why do guys not like me. I mean... every girl in my class that is so annoying and so holding a leash on their boyfriends has a boyfriend but not me. And you're probably thinking that i just want to go out because everyone else is. Um... no. I just want that special relationship with the right guy is that too much to ask? Guys just don't like me for some reason, though. I'm not that bad looking.. im not that skinny but not that huge. I have an awesome let loose personality. I think its because its just not your time yet. stuff like this happens to lots of attractive girls. dont worry so much about it. it will happen when you least expect it, maybe even sooner, you never know? also guys get intimidated fast by an attractive girl they might think they cant get you. i guess try to be more outgoing and flirty!!!

ok well heres the thing i usually tend to have these out bursts well lets call them moodswings like one minute im all happy then the next im depressed i think i suffer from depression but on the other hand my mom thinks otherwise i hate my life and i feel that i would be better off dead i have attemped to commit sucide a few times i go to thepary but personally i feel me going there it isn't helping and im just wasting my time i need some advice or something before i go to far and hurt myself or do something worst!

you need a change for your life like join a gym, or go on a vacation trip or something make a change in your life at the very least you'll find something you like to do and that will ease your depression somewhat. im not a therapist or anything but you should really start opeaning your feelings to others more or at least one person you trust i find helpful!

Is it possible to fall in love at 17? I have been with my boyfriend for only 4 months, but there is such an intense energy between us. We talk all the time and are together at every moment possible. we are similar in our core beliefs, but disagree on many topics. Disagreeing has sparked tons of interesting conversations between us. everytime i think about him or someone says his name i smile and get a warm, fuzzy, happy feeling. we trust and respect one another and have good sexual chemistry (we have not however, had sex and will not for quite some time)

I am almost positive that i love him, but ever since i was young people have always told me that you can't fall in love in high school. I want to get some outside oppinions and find out if the things i am feeling are what is generally classified as love.

Alright, so on New Years Eve, me and my boyfriend[of 3 years :)] were in the shower together, and he put his penis inside of me, but im not on birth control yet, and he wasn't wearing a condom. So, like he started thrusting, and like it wasn't a long time at all, probably not even 3 minutes, but he pulled out. im not sure how long you have to wait to use a morning after pill i think i heard that it still works after 72 hours or something so if hasnt been 3 days then use the pill or go to the doctors to check and make sure. i wouldnt suggest using a pregnacy test until after you've missed your first period i dont think it will work untill then!

Ok.

So, tonight I was going out to eat with some friends. While getting in the car, one of them managed to slam the door on my right thumb. Hard. Impacted on the nail and sides of my thumb.

Now, I have a purple finger about 1.5 times its normal size, blood somewhat congealing under the nail, and at the cuticle on top of my thumb it hasnt stopped bleeding (it bleeds VERY slowly, about a drop every 20 min) in the last 6 hours. Its also quite stiff. Sorry for the vivid description.

Im not much for first aid, so any ideas on how I can get the swelling down and the thumb back to normal by sunday? Im going visit my girl, and I forsee this damn thumb betting in the way. (Dont ask)

Ive done ice and bandage wrapping, but anyone have any other ideas?

Now, on sunday at about 5 am Im going to be arriving in town, so it has to be quick and effective remedies. 5s to anyone who gives an idea that improves the situation.

if its the pain your worried about 2 pills of tylenol 3 with do the trick. as fot the thumb im sorry but plenty of ice and no movment should help i can speak from experience cause im currenly recovering from a severe foot sprain. ice, pain killer, and little movement is making me heal rapidley fast anyhoo hope it works for you!

There is a guy named John I recently met who has really taken a liking to me. We've gone on a couple of dates, we get along well and I know that he'd probably be very good for me, but of course, I'm still hung up on my ex, Tom. What's more, Tom and I are still kind of seeing each other, too. We've decided to just go with the flow and seeing what happens, rather than just jump back into something or decide against it.

I made this clear to John on our first date so that I would not be maliciously leading him on. This didn't change John's stance at all and he still seems to want to pursue me. Even though I've told John everything, am I still leading him on by talking to him on the phone and texting him a lot? John and I haven't even so much as kissed but I still want to be careful about this.

you seem like a good person by telling john about the situation, dont feel guilty if he still is persueing you then let him, he knows he dosnt have you for good so he knows what hes getting into. id suggest go with the flow take it one day at a time and discover who means more to you then make the final descion dont be in rush though!

maybe your friend dosent think of you as a 5-6 ranking friend or maybe you did something to piss her off but you didnt notice. all of these could be reasons. what i think you should do is confront her tommorow and ask her why she didnt tell you about it. or call her during the party and ask her whats going on i heard you were having a party and make her feel guilty!

p.s. you could just get even with her and start doing more stuff with your other friends and have your own party but dont invite her!

Many of my friends who have had sex tell me that for them it hurt the first time but only cause when you have sex for the first time the guy sorta ruptures the hymen ( a thin layer of tissue lining in the vagina that every girl is born with) for some girls it hurts so bad to have sex for the first time thats because the hymen is really thick where as for others the hymen is either so thin or has already been punctured that it dosent even hurt that much. any way after a woman has had sex maybe 3-4 times it dosent hurt any more unless there other medical issues. but why would you wanna have sex now you dont just have to flirt with guys. im 18 and i find just making out, and cuddleing with a guy is much better!
