1.dont tell him may get you in big trouble but youll stil have it done.(bad side he may tel you to take it out so maybe not the best wya to get it done )
2.beg him if hes a father a good at giving in youll have the belly peiced so fast your head will spin .(bad side if hes not and hes as hard as rock to get threw to him hell say no )
3.let your mom talk to him see if she can talk to him .(maybe your mom may not be able to get threw to him)

On my opinion, 13 is a pretty young age, but it's your decision.
First off, there are many risks in taking and getting your bell peirced, i find belly peircings discusting on my opinion. Make sure you know the steps in cleaning it, and taking care of it, or it will get infected. You have to be serious about it as well.
I really don't know how to persuade parents, but.. you could just tell him you really want it, tell him that you desirve it in some way? Tell him how you would benifit from it (if you do.)

Your 13 don't you think thats a little young. well if your mom is saying no too you and there is no way to get her to say yes you can. then the chances of your dad letting you are not good cause your parents know why girls want their belly pierced.
When youg et your belly pierced you like too show boys. and all your friends.
i mean you can try to beg or convince your dad to let you. but its going to be hard.

I say, dont beg on your knees. It never works, trust me. Maybe confront your dad in a confident, calm manor and ask if you can get your belly button peirced. If he says no, then say how responsible you are, and how not too many people will see it, and say how its your body and you want to decorate it with a fine piece of jeweleryon your belly. Hopefully that works. But if your dad keeps saying no, its a no. I'm sorry, kid, but parents rule the earth. Dont you hate it?

juss tell him you really really want it done. i mean it's not like it's a face piercing & everyone can see it. the most people will ever see it is during the summer & that's only when you're swimming & all of that. it's hidden most of the time anyways. show them that your responsible enough to get it & you'll take care of it.
