During the summer holidays i want to start a beauty regime, start eating healthily and exercising more.
Do you know:
a) a beauty regime that includes basically everything, hair, face, eyebrows, skin, hands, feet etc
b) a healthy eating diet that wont make me lose weight, just be healthier
c) a good exercise plan

hey. if you want to have good hair, the best thing to do is to wash it often (about everyother day so it wont dry out). condition it. get your eyebrows waxed the first time and then after a while you can just use tweezers to pluck the stray hairs. (the waxers can tell you how to take care of them). you face should be rinsed (not scrubbed) when you wake up and when you go to bed. be sure to moistuize. find make up that is hypo-allergenic and wont clog your pores. here is a site that can help you put on your makeup:

if you want smooth hands then the best thing is to moisturize them. if you wash dishes, use gloves so that they wont dry out. you can do the same thing for your feet. manicures and pedicures are a great way to take care of your feet. they feel great after it too!

people (esp. teens) are recommended to get at least 40 minutes of excercise each day. that is easier in the summer because there is so much to do! you can ride a bike, play a sport, go swimming, go for a walk or a jog. just be sure to drink PLENTY of water when it is hot out becasue you dont want to get dehydrated.

Here it goes; I'm in charge of this game we're gonna be playing tomorrow, so I figured I'd do some research for it, you know, fins out the best way of making it fun to play..

Alright the game is like, I think, I write a word or a situation, on two pieces of paper, because there are two teams..one person from each team goes up to the whiteboeard and tries to draw out what I've written, and the other team members try to guess it! What is that game called? I THOUGHT it was pictionary, but I searched it, and it was wrong..

so either way, know the game name, or not..have any tips? What can I rwite up that is easy, but not too easy..not to hard to draw, and still fun!

ok. well i have stage fright rly bad. i freak out when i have to talk in front of my class of 23 people or less. i got accepted to be on a team at school. well we have to perform in front of hundreds of people at football games and pep rallies. im really scared. how can i get over this??

hey. why are you scared of the crowd? are you scared that you are going to mess up or make an embarassing noise, or that you are going to trip on your face or forget something? whatever it is, the best thing to do is to just ignore all of the people in the audience. just think to yourself that you are up there and they arent so you have to have confience. it also helps if you pick certain spots to look at in the audience that you can look at. take deep breaths before you go on stage and just relax. here is a site that might help:

Ive dyed my hair many times.
Right now its dark brown,blonde,honey color,and redish pink.

My friend gave me a bottle of purfume that she didnt want a couple of months ago. She doesn't know where she got it from, and im not sure whats it called. But im in LOVE with it. It smells awesome. It has a blue cap and the bottle starts at a blue at the top and fades to a pink towards the bottom. Its sort of tall and skinnier, not short and wide. It has 3 hearts on the bottom one inside the other. Right below the cap, theres pink chrome and the letters e s c a d a, seperated by hearts. im not sure wich order the letters are in because i dont know where the letts start and stop. if you could tell me what this purfume is called i will def. rate a FIVE and give feedback. thxx

I'm 13, and basically, I have pretty bad breats. It's genetic. Small and pointy, and barely 32A. okay, so i have curly and frizzy and not very shiny hair ..does anyone know a good product for straightening? something that can get it unfrizzed and straighten and make it shiny if possible? i need something that really works, please help! i will rate highh!

hey. some of the best parties that i have been to have been outdoor parties. we play volleyball, have a bonfire and roast marshmallows. it is always fun to get blow up moon bounces/velcro walls. those things are amazing. slip and slides are great and so are waterballoons. just be sure to have good music, food, and games and ppl will have fun! hope this helps!! :) ♥ ♥ ♥
