what's the word I'm looking for

Question Posted Wednesday May 31 2006, 11:28 am

Hey folks :D
I bet y'all are getting pretty excited since summer's soon, huh?
Hope you have time to answer this question in the midst of all your excitement though :)
haha

Here it goes; I'm in charge of this game we're gonna be playing tomorrow, so I figured I'd do some research for it, you know, fins out the best way of making it fun to play..

BUT, I'm having a blackout! I just forgot what the game is called xD so I can't search for it!

Haha, stupid, I know -- but will you help me figure out what the words is?

Alright the game is like, I think, I write a word or a situation, on two pieces of paper, because there are two teams..one person from each team goes up to the whiteboeard and tries to draw out what I've written, and the other team members try to guess it! What is that game called? I THOUGHT it was pictionary, but I searched it, and it was wrong..

so either way, know the game name, or not..have any tips? What can I rwite up that is easy, but not too easy..not to hard to draw, and still fun!

Any suggestion?
Thaaank you :)

The game that your describing is called Pictionary. I'm not sure why you didn't find it when you searched. This is the board game: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) which is played by drawing out something for your partner to guess.

Charades is the game where one person gets out and acts out a person, place, thing, phrase, etc and the teammates have to guess it.

So:
pictionary: draw, then guess
Charades: act, then guess
