(the waxers can tell you how to take care of them). you face should be rinsed (not scrubbed) when you wake up and when you go to bed. be sure to moistuize. find make up that is hypo-allergenic and wont clog your pores. here is a site that can help you put on your makeup:
if you want smooth hands then the best thing is to moisturize them. if you wash dishes, use gloves so that they wont dry out. you can do the same thing for your feet. manicures and pedicures are a great way to take care of your feet. they feel great after it too!

if you want to be healthier the best thing to do is to just watch what you eat. if you watch what you intake, you will be healthier. try drinking more water and consume more calcium (milk products). here is a site about the food pyramid:
people (esp. teens) are recommended to get at least 40 minutes of excercise each day. that is easier in the summer because there is so much to do! you can ride a bike, play a sport, go swimming, go for a walk or a jog. just be sure to drink PLENTY of water when it is hot out becasue you dont want to get dehydrated.
