Q: My boyfriend and I are thinking about having sex in the near future, and we want to be as safe as possible. We would use a condom, but I'd like to be on the pill too.

My mom asked awhile ago if I thought that this relationship was more intimate...At the time I didn't think it would be and she said "Well I hope you could come to me, because I would want you to be safe, but your not allowed to have sex until you are 18."

I'm confused by what she meant. If I did decide to have sex does this mean she would be okay with it? Or does it mean she would like me to wait until I'm 18 but if I don't she wants to know?

I think she means that if you go to oral and stuff like that then she wants you to be able to come to her about it but she doesn't want you to have sex till your 18. but i think you should tell her about wanting to be on the pill and make sure you really love this kid cuz you don't wanna make the mistake i did and lose it to someone that you arn't really sure you are in love with. but yea, if you don't want to tell her about having sex just tell her your periods are going crazy and your cramps hurt really bad.

Q: I have recently found a cat and her three kittens living under my neighbors shed. Me and my friends have been feeding them cheese and tuna, but we are running low on that. So I was wondering what other things cats likes to eat other than tuna and meat, is there any type of bread they'll like or vegetable. Anything would work..Also the kittens do approach me but everytime I try to pet them they run away but the mother isnt afraid how do I get them to allow me to pet them?

Well if they are really little kittens you don't want to pick them up because they will make them sick (i've had like, 5 liters of kittens born in my house) You should probably call animal control or the humane society so that they can get the care they need so they don't get sick and/or die. and cat food would be sufficient to eat till then. i'm not sure what else they eat i just know they like meat.. a lot lol

Q: My bf is such a hypocrite. Well for starters he is about 30 pounds overweight. I am about average; and he keeps telling me I need to lose 20 pounds although he never thinks he has a weight problem. He also gets upset if he thinks I'm too friendly with the opposite sex; but he flirts outragiously right in front of me. He also has said the he thinks he's smarter then me even though I know a lot more things like about movie and television trivia and mental health and other topics than he knows. He thinks he's king sh_t. It is really beginning to tick me off. He also copies ideas of mine and passes them off as his own and he never gives me any credit for them. Should I confront him? He really needs a reality check before his head swells up any more.

Yes you DEFENITLY need to confront him. What kind of bf does stuff like that?! I think if he doesn't straighten up soon... you should probably leave him. No guy should treat a girl like that. i'm sure you deserve better. cuz that is REALLY messed up.

it could be because they are growing... or cuz your pregnant (not to scare you) but it wouldn't be from your bra being bigger.. if your bra was smaller than what you usually wear then yea that could be it. but if you think about it.. if the bra is bigger.. you have more room. so it wouldn't hurt.

you shouldn't worry about what Louann has to say about it. if she is really your friend as well then she should let you go out with him and let you be happy. but then again...

if your "friend" Gail has liked him longer than you then maybe you are wrong for liking him in the first place cuz that is your friends obsession. and you shouldn't try and take him. its not very nice.

but also if he wants nothing to do with her and likes you and only you then theres really not much you can do. espescially if you like him like that as well.

Q: I was dating someone and he just stopped talking to me after I made a mistake. I keep telling myself that it's over and that I'm over him, but then something happens like a song comes on that we used to listen to all the time and I start thinking about him again.

I've tried talking to him, just trying to be his friend so I could get over him, but he doesn't want to talk to me. I gave up on that, but I still think about him and I miss him, because he was part of my life for a period of time and now he's just gone. i think you should find a way to leave him one last messege. thank him for everything he has done for you and tell him you love him but you are letting go and then just try to move on. it took me 2 years and i had EXACTLY the same situation you are in. and i mean EXACTLY the same. don't try and surround yourself with other guys like i did though. it will end up bad because then you could end up dating someone just to get over him and thats not right. i did it and hurt us both. if i knew what the mistake was i could tell you exactly how to fix this so that he will talk to you again because now my ex is talking to me again. if it isn't something really bad then he should forgive you in time. how long has it been since you guys broke up? let me know ok? i'm here for you and i can help you through this. i've been through the same thing. trust me i know what i'm doing lol.

how the hell do you talk to him in the first place? maybe you should try and comprimise with your mom and if that doesnt work then sneak behind her back and see him or call him or whatever. try and get him to get an email adress and go to a library or something to check his email so that you and him can email each other. it worked for me, it could work for you.

wear the same thing for a couple days (but stay inside the house!) and tell them that you have to cuz you don't have enough clothes. or start doing your laundry like every other day and when they complain about you using so much of the detergent tell them its cuz you have to keep washing clothes so that you have some to wear!

well you should probably put the age of the children you are willing to watch. if you have certain ages that is. and you should put how often you are free to babysit. like monday-friday or just anytime. umm put like, toys...not all baby ones cuz then people will think you won't babysit like there 10 year olds or something. so yea, and make it a noticable color. put your age so they know its not some little 12 year old trying to babysit. and if you have had some experience in babysitting you might want to let them know that. and DEFENITLY make your phone number big on there so its easy to see.

maybe you should find someone else then. Someone who wants kids. Someone who will stay with you and help you or at least someone with a high enough sperm count to get you pregnant. don't use condoms, have lots of sex, and find someone new cuz he obviously can't get the job done right on getting you pregnant. but i mean if you love him and stuff then just wait and it will evenutally happen. it did with my aunt.

I am about to get my braces off and i dont know why but my orthodontist does a lot of stuff to your teeth like 3 weeks beofre you get them off and they are so sore and i am having to wear 5 different rubber band in 5 different places and they are just really sore and i was wondering if anyone knew anything i could do to make them feel better besides eating ice cream because i am on a diet.
Also, anyone who has had there braces off, i have heard it does hurt and i have heard it doesn't hurt. Does it? Does that polishing thingy feel weird?
