i'm 13 and i weigh 126 lbs. i think that's WAY too much for my age. i don't look fat at all but this past year people at school have been saying that i'm really fat. what should i do? what are some good ways to loose weight?
This is exactly what I tell everyone with losing weight issues. Dont stop eating because it makes your body think you wont eat for a while and makes enery stores *the nasty fat on your thighs, arms, and stomach* You need to eat healthy food and cut back on the sweets and SODA! If you stopped completely drinking soda for a year, you would lose about 20 pounds. Excercise is also an AwEsOmE way to lose weight. You could run, dance, do yoga or pilates, lift weights, jazzercise, or even do karate. Just have fun with what you do! Good luck losing those pounds! =)

How do I really know if i'm ready to have sex? My Boyfriend and I have been together for a lil over a month... and I feel conforable around him ... but im not sure if im ready to have sex with him yet... how will i know if im ready?
You will know when youre ready for sex. In one month, not much trust can be gained and usually you havent experienced much with that person. You definitly arent ready with that guy to have sex, you say youve only given him a hand job. You should know his body from his head to his toes and he should know yours. You need to have so much trust and love for this person and you cant get that in just ONE MONTH. Really think about it before you do it, please. Dont let him pressure you into it either, thats not cool. When youre caught up in the moment and you know you are so in love with him and you both know what youre thinking... thats when you know if your ready to go all the way. Even if you are a virgin you could get pregnant. I know its pretty scary and I went through the same thing. I am a virgin and got kinda scared that I would be pregnant but thank God I wasnt! I MAJORLY NEED HELP! Ok heres the story: Some of my friends (4) are going to Crazy Donkey (a dance club) 2nite and they invited me to go!! The one problem is I don't know how to ask my mom if i could go b/c it would be my first time going to a club. When I asked her previous times she was unsure and said she would think about it but those times I never made a plan to go but now I did. So what should I say to her? I never did anything to make my parents not trust me or anything like that i mean jeez im a high honor student lol I just don't know how to approach her with this info... She gets home from work later 2nite but I also wanna know is it okay to call her at work?
I think you should wait til she gets home to ask her. Maybe before she gets home, clean up a little and help her out around the house that way when she does get home shes in a good mood. Just say some friends are going to hang out at a club and you'll have a ride there and back and you'll have a phone with you the whole time in case she needs you or you need her. First things first, DO NOT cut yourself over a stupid boy!! You and your friend need to get help, please. It's not healthy at all, you could get really sick, get infections, or even die. I'm so sorry this is happening to you and you think cutting yourself makes it better, maybe it does for a quick 5 seconds, but in the long run it does nothing.
Second, if you love this boy and he knows and he loves someone else, you need to be just be happy for your friend. There isnt much you can do for now but wait for him. If youre still in love with your best friend and from what I read, you told him already then why dont you get back together? You never said how he felt but if you still hang out and are great friends, he must still have some feelings for you.
Me and Alex broke up for about a week and we were just friends during that week. We talked every night and it killed me to be just his friend, so I told him I was still in love with him and I wanted him back. So I asked him out and we've been really happy since then.
If you think this guy is your true love, then get him back! Tell him you want to be his girlfriend again and you would do anything to be more than just friends! If he doesnt feel the same way about you, then maybe being friends is the best thing for you two right now. Eventually it will evolve into something more... I wish you the BEST of luck with that boy!

Being fingered is alot different than having actual sex. Most likely it will hurt your first time, but usually only during "insertation" (I'm thinking thats NOT a word, but I mean when they stick the penis inside you) If you arent sure what to do and if you are ready for the consequences and pain, then you are NOT ready. You dont have to have a boyfriend if you dont want one or if you arent ready. There isnt a rule that says you have to have one! If your thing is to hang out with tons of guys and not settle for just one, then do that! Whenever your ready to settle down, then find a guy you truly like and care about! Starving yourself ISNT the answer. You need to eat three HEALTYH meals and dont skip them because not eating makes your body thinks it wont eat for a while and it makes energy stores *nasty fat on your thighs, arms, and stomach!* If you exercise just enough each day to where you arent in complete pain and eat healthy, you should start losing weight! How come you cant go out with him?? Thats gunna be the first question anyone thinks of... especially the guy you told you would. If theres a personal reason why you cant, when he asks you out tell him that because of personal reasons you cant right now. Maybe in the future you can. Whenever I'm not in the mood to makeout or do other things, my boyfriend can usually tell. If yours cant, then when he asks you to give him a bj or hj, then tell him *nicely* that you arent really in the mood to. Maybe you are losing interest in your boy if you never feel like doing stuff with him. It's very common to lose the spark that you once had with him. Just make sure you talk to him and be honest! I definitly can see your concern for your sister! There's like an unwritten law that states if your boyfriend takes you out to dinner, he pays. With my boyfriend and I, he always pays but once in a while I'll ask him on a date and pay. If this is happening on every date, maybe your sis should say goodbye but if its just every once in a while maybe they should split the bill or he can pay for himself. One night when you are out eating, when her boyfriend asks for her to pay the bill, have your sister say I left my purse at home and see if he even brought money. ok so i went out with this girl (we'll call her jane) ok so me and jane started goin out last year march 20th 2003 and we were good for the first 3 months talkin and hangin out like we were meant for each other and really havin a good time then she broke up with me but i kept goin at it and we started goin back out keepin our original date so bout 9 months into the relationship shyt started gettin bad and we hardley ever talked, hung out or nethin but we still loved each other and shyt but when we talked we constantly fought.. so when march 20th came up this year it would have been a year and i thought that was pretty special idk maybe that sounds gay cuz imma guy but i really thought it was special and i wanted to spend time with her and everythin.. but we didnt talk or see each other at all and she didnt even call me so i got mad like ne other person would.. so we talk the next day and shes actin like nothins wrong so i get tired of it and i ask her if she still loves me and all that and shes like i love u but i dont have the same feelings for u nemore so i was like iight well then i dont wann go out with u nemore..... so its been over 3 months since we broke up but im in love with her and i dont wann let her outta my life ya kno so i keep goin at it but she stays at sayin that shes not ready for a relationship and so my question is....should i keep goin at it with her or just move on?

Thats a very sweet and sad story! I bet this is really hard for you especially if youre still in love and she doesnt want to be with you. So heres my advice, dont move on. When she is ready to have a serious relationship, she'll want it to be with you because you never gave up on her! You say you could move on from her, but I doubt its that easy because first loves are never forgotten! Make sure you keep talking to her (even if it is just as friends) and being really sweet and generous! She'll realize what a wonderful guy you are eventually! It seems to me like this guy might be a little nervous of being more than just friends. I'm really sorry that he wont talk to you or give you a plain yes or no. Whenever you get the chance to talk to him, ask him if it makes him feel uncomfortable to be more than friends or if he even likes you in return. Hey Adam!! If you have a girlfriend that truly loves you, then it doesnt matter what is going on with your looks. I highly doubt you are getting less attractive but usually girls are going to stay around for your personality! Heres an example: I've been going out w/ my boyfriend for almost 9 months and in the middle of our relationship he started getting really bad acne, but I didnt mind! Acne wont stop me from loving him or being with him, but recently hes been taking good care of his face and he looks GORGIOUS!
