Someone told me i was really fat Someone told me i was..well to put it nicely..really fat and..i havent eaten for 6 hours and my stomach is killing me and ive been pressuring myself to get tons of exercise and it hurts...but i donno what to do! and i really need help!

dont listen to what anyone says, if you're happy with your body it doesn't matter. but if your not, some ways that i use to loose weight is the tredmill, 1 minute of walking then 1 minute of running and continue that for a half hour (im not good at running lol so i do that). also not eating probably will make you loose weight, but its not at all healthy. you should eat the three meals a day, and when you're hungry in between eat fruit or something.

1 nobody has the right to tell you about your body! 2 starving yourself is not gunna help you at all! because the 2nd you eat something it all come right back! so just tell your parents ur wrkin on loosing weight and they shoulkd help you out! like dieting tips and such. try the low carb diet ive lost 11 pounds so far on it! so yea it wrks but you have to be really dedicated to it no ons and offs cause it wont do ne thing for your ody and wrk out every night! try running in place for 15 minutes a day and it helps tighten your stomach up and crunches and leg lifts all wrk great! good luck! ]
NO NO NO, don't starve yourself. You can't go from eating to not eating. That doesn't make you lose weight at all. All ti does it slow down your metabolism because your body isnt used to not having food and it is trying to saver the food that is in it. If you really want to lose weight then try running, or walking at a medium pace, swimming laps, situps, cruches, or any kind of machine that just makes you move. Eating healthy will help your metabolism because it will keep it going and the healthy food will be burned away faster because its less calories and fat.

Usually when people say you are fat they are jealous of you. You cannot starve yourself that will kill you. Just eat fruits and Vegggies and join a gym and work at it, dont starve yourslef! That is the worst way to lose weight. try your hardest to get were you want to be and you will get there! ]
Dont starve yourself! If you were happy with yourself then let it be that way! Just watch what you eat and make sure you dont eat anything to unhealthy its okay to eat something unhealthy every once in awhile but just watch what you do and exercise daily!-trix ]
You should eat and exercise regularly and eat things like fruits, vegatables,salad,diet coke and yogurt. When u exercise u can run,swim etc. and be patient. ]
Well this first thing you should do is eat! From now on eat healtier!!! You can also exercise if you still think your voer - weight but dont over do it!!! Try eating energy bars if you feel the need!!

Okay.. well for one.. DO NOT STOP eating thats the worst way to lose weight and actually eventually u will be more then you are now. Anyways..really look at yourself... are u overweight? or Are u just self conscious of what people think? And think about who told you? are they your good friend? or are they sumone who doesn't matter much in your life? Anyways.. if you want to shape up you can just Eat more healthy like you said you would and maybe take a 1/2 walk everyday. its a good way to look and feel good about yourself! :)

please don't do that. that has serious health effects and you are going to hurt yourself. if you want to lose weight, you have to eat healthy foods. starving yourself won't help.
to lose weight, you need to start eating heathy foods. don't eat junk, and cut carbs. eat the proper three meals a day with healthy snacks in moderation. start exercising but you don't want to do so much that you're hurting. do crunches, go running, go on walks, dance, run on the treadmill. these are ways to healthily lose weight and trust me: it will work. please, if you need more help, feel free to send me a message. i'm here to help. don't hesitate to talk to me.

First of all, whoever said you were fat is a person who has nothing better to do than put down people for their own amusment. Second of all, if you begin to not eat, this can lead to many bad health problems in your life. Exercise doesn't need to be painful. There's many things out there like swimming, dancing, gymnastics, and just running around your backyard. If you want, you can go to the YMCA or somewhere like that, with a friend. It'll be fun and you'll look great too! ]
you shouldnt not eat , it doesnt matter what people think of you its okay if u exercise but eat , just dont eat as much and eat healthy just dont worry about what other people say and just ignore them !! ]
Starving yourself ISNT the answer. You need to eat three HEALTYH meals and dont skip them because not eating makes your body thinks it wont eat for a while and it makes energy stores *nasty fat on your thighs, arms, and stomach!* If you exercise just enough each day to where you arent in complete pain and eat healthy, you should start losing weight!
