I was wondering if over time scars naturally start to fade and what are some cheap things i can buy to make a scar fade????

Scars often fade over time, but most likely they won't dissapear completely. I have a scar in the same place as you do. I usually try putting make-up on it so it won't be as noticable. Also, if that doesn't work but cocoa butter on it and that works really good.

when you do crunchs or situps with your legs straight up does it do more to your stomach then it does when your legs are bent? thansk.
If you are doing crunches, try keeping your legs straight up and stiff. It does help on those abs. When you are doing your crunches or situps, pretend you are reaching for your favorite snack. its always helps knowing your going to get thinner while still reaching for your favorite foods.

I think you shouldn't be ashamed of your true self. Being you can be embarrassing at times but you always get over it. If you really love this girl, then you shouldn't be ashamed. Just ask her out again and tell her you understand why she and you broke up but now it's all cool. Who knows, maybe you can have a strong relationship.

Yeah, a lot of people use tampons just for the reason that they can swim with them. They are completely safe to swim with so don't be nervous.
If you're going to be swimming, don't even bother trying with a pad. Because pads are made of soft material, the water will get it all wet and then the pad is useless & it's just not worth it so don't even try using a pad.
