okay i am overweight a little and i really want to lose my weight over the summer. the thing is i have to do it by having fun otherwise i lose interest and stop. so i decided to lose weight by jumping on a trampeline every day for a good amount of time. my question is, is this a good way to lose weight? also can you lose a lot? and what are some more fun activities like this? thanks wil rate high. k so i'm 14/f and i'm really fair skinned and for some reason i can't find out how to get a natural tan (without using a bed or spray or self tanner) i mean real tan from being outside. How low long dose it usually take to get one? and is there anything i could put on to get a tan while i'm outside?

It all depends on how well you tan. I can get dark within the hour... some peiple I know it would take 4 hours! You just need to be outside everyday and you'll see tan lines from your bathing suit. Eventually.

I have a twin sister, and I am always helping her with school. I like helping her because she tries really hard. But I get very impatient when I am waiting for her to answer a certain question for a long time and I yell at her. I feel bad and I always tell myself I wont do it again but I do. What can I do ??
p.s. sometimes she gets an attitude when I explain something wrong and that gets me angry too because she acts like she is always right and I dont know how to handle this

Oh my god! Sherry does get mad. we always get in fights about it. When my sister yells at me I feel like I dont know anything and I just want to give up. just think about how she feels. shes confused and it already sucks that she does not get whatever shes learning. she doesnt need people to be yelling at her.

im getting a haircut and i wana know if you can understand it and if it's good:
parted to the side, bangs to the end of my ears, hair to like 1 and a half below my shoulders, the very top layer to my shoulders, and another layer in between the two, so i'll have 3 layers.
is this too confusing? and if it is, please rewrite it so it's not confusing.
and, is this a good hairstyle? because if it isn't please tell me how i can change it.
