if your ex asked you to go to the movies with her/him - as friends - and you have a girlfriend/boyfriend, would you still say yes or no?
i'm thinking of asking my ex to go to the movies during our spring break, which is in about 2 weeks, but i don't know if he would say yes or no since he has a girlfriend. all i really wanna do is see him since i haven't seen him for like, 2 years. so i was wondering what YOU would say.

depends on if you are on good terms or not. movies are probably a bad idea though, especially since after two years, youll probably want to catch up, and you kinda cant in a movie. invite him out to lunch or something.

Okay well i have bronchitus (sp?) and my doctor prescribed me with an albuterol inhaler. But it makes me cough soooooo much, and it hurts so bad because of my sore throat. Does anyone have any advice?

i got one for a bad cough i had a while back. it takes a little getting used to. i do a smooth slow inhale as im putting it to my mouth, then a sharp one as i press the spray. if you can supress the cough for the 10 seconds or so that you need to hold your breath, then its ok to cough afterwards.

17/f, and a Junior in high school.
This year for the junior prom, I'd really love to learn how to make a dress out of silver duct tape, just to have some fun with the whole experience. My date is a good male friend of mine, and we both think showing up in silver tape to prom would be amazing and a lot of fun.
So, my question is- is there any site or any guide I can follow on how exactly to make a dress like this? I mean I know the tape sticks to itself and not to your body, but I need to figure out how to get it to fit right and the like.
Also, if you have any suggestions as far as accessories go- things I can use for a corsage/buittoneire combo or something, I'd love to hear it. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks! (link)

you could always just tape it directly to your body. much much easier than actually making the dress out of the tape itself. it has the advantage of not having as many structural limitations, as you can cover (and leave open) how ever much you want. might be a little painfull to take off though... lol.

how do ratings work? like, i had straight 5s and i had a perfect rating and then i got like, a 3 and it dropped to 4.83 ! and i kept getting 5s and it kept staying at that rate. after like ten or so 5s, it finally went up a little. can someone explain why it doesn't go up to 4.84 with a 5 and then if you get another 5 it goes up to 4.85 ?! thanks! well, the way wifi works is people have wireless modems that they set up. some people dont password protect theres, and anyone within range can connect to it for free. if there is such a person near where you live then you dont have to pay. if there isnt, and you want to use internet at home then you will have to buy a wireless modem and hook it up to your existing internet connection at home. if you live in a densely populated area, chances are someone will have it. just open up the wifi tool on your palm when you get it, and see if there is anything you can connect to.

I have a friend who is a girl and she wears a "promise" ring from her boyfriend on her right ring finger. So I figured that a ring on the right ring finger meant that a girl was taken. Now I have another girl that I like but we're only friends now. She wears a ring in the same place and has been for the 3 months i've known her. Today I find out she doesn't even have a boyfriend! What is the ring for? Why would somebody wear a ring to purposely take themselves off the market if you'll excuse my analogy? 5htp is a great one. you want to be REALLY carefull though, because it can have adverse interactions with just about any medication, especialyl mood altering ones.
dont take it for more than 2 weeks, or else your body will adjust to it, and it will stop working. you should probably see your doctor about it, but since you are asking about OTC i guess you are trying to avoid that. if you arent on any other medication, you can get it at your local grocery store.

Its not on wikipedia, which means nothing major happened. sometimes shows replace actresses to take the character in a different direction, which is what happened here. she went from cutesee, to sarcastic.

I'm running for President of the Student Council at my school, and I want people to give me advice on what they think would be good to say in my speech, and ideas for my campaign. I'm doing t-shirts and posters and pins and the usual for the campaign, yet the speech is a little tricky, because I don't want to promise things or use that 'im not promising anything' line. Do you remember anything you like from a speech or thought was a good idea? And from a campaign as well. Did someone in your school do something particularly eye-catching or funny or out-standing or whatever?
I need all the ideas I can get, so feedback is muchly appreciated.

What you say and do will only sway your vote results by like 5%. High school elections are a total popularity contest, so your speech wont really matter that much. For that matter, neither will tshirts posters or pins. you say you are fairly popular, thats all that matters, unless somone who is way popular is running against you.

i got a 2200 on my sats. but the break down is one sided. my reading and writing i got perfect scores, but my math i only got a 600. so iono should i take it again? will universities tink i just cnat do math? or can i just make it up by doing well on SAT II math test?
another queston, is it true that universities loook SAT scores based on range, if you score high enough, it dont matter how much higher u scored. (link)

600 is actually not a bad score for a section. especially cosidering you got perfects on your other sections. now, whenever people ask, i always say its a good idea to take the SATs more than once, but you got an amazing score. and, if you plan on majoring in something that doesnt require a lot of math, then it really wont matter. also, most colleges take your best test, meaning that if you take the SATs again, and get, say 700s on every single section, they will still look at your highest entire score, which means that the new test wont be counted.

I am 15yr. Female. I have never had sexual intercorse. For the past two-three years ago I started geting these bumps. My doctor said it was an Absess [sp] from the bloomers I wear. They were to tight. I havent done cheerleading in about a year now but I am still getting the bumps, but they are worse now. They have moved lower and open like a sore. Is it possible that I have Genital Herpes?
I am still very active in sports. With summer coming up my next sport is SWIMMING and DIVING. Those sports are my life but i am to embarresed to wear a bathing suit with the bumps..

Yes you technically could have it. Its fairly unlikely though. Are the bumps concentrated on your hair follicles? You might have something called folliculitis. The symptoms are very similar to herpes, but its a lot easier to get, its a bacteria that grows in hot tubs. Fortunately, its also a lot easier to treat. It isnt serious. Ask your doctor, and they should perscsribe an antibiotic for you, either in pill form, or in topical cream form depending on how widespread it is.

Now I'm not planning to be doing this (so don't worry) but if a girl and a guy are fooling around and undressing, wouldn't it be unattractive for the girl to have obvious tan lines? I was really pale but I recently got a tan from going on vacation, and I think my bikini tan lines look a little weird. It's not like anyone will be seeing me in less than my bikini, but is it worth using sunless tanner to cover it up?
Maybe I just worry to much but I've wondered about this for a while. Thanks for your opinion! (link)
