How do people add that google thing into their questions on this site? Like they will say "Google it"...but then there is the google thing with it typed in, and you press search and it comes up?

its a feature on this site. what you do is this [*search*]search text goes here[*/search*] remove the stars.

it sounds like you are asking "how do i do a hyperlink?" if that is what you are asking all you have to do is this:

<a href="www.myspace.com">CLICK here for My Myspace.com</a>

cept where it says myspace.com you put your web info and then in the click here pare you put what you wanna say (i.e. My page...or for cool food or whatever)
