Q: ok so im in 7th grade. we are reading the book The Giver by Lois Lowry. In class we all have a vocabulary word to look up in our book. My word is benign, my teacher said it is in chapters 6-10. Does anyone have the book the giver and can you help me look for it in the book i have already looked for it twice...PLEASE PLEASE help me and tell me what page number it is on i dont no if it will help but i have the hardback cover thank you in advance!!!!!

You can still be casual wearing heels or a dress, like a summer dress or a print dress or a cute skirt. Find a cute top and pair it with jeans and heels. That's not formal. Heels can be formal or informal, depending what you're wearing them with. They definitely make your legs and butt look better and you wanted to dress to kill. Or wear wedges.

Q: Hi.
I just got a bird yesterday and he has started getting used to the living room (where we put him) His diet is fine and he plays with the toys we put in and goes to the bathrrom in his cage. My question is, how often should I change the newspaper at the bottom of the cage? My mom says every day so it doesn't stink up the whole house, but I think that every other day would be okay, because I can't smell anything. The guy at the pet store said that we have to play it by ear, or nose, but I don't smell anything and the paper isn't that gross. How often should I change the paper??

Well, what kind of birdy? How big is the cage? And what would be most convienient for you? Changing it daily, I guess, would be ideal, but not necessary.

Q: okay, about a month ago a guy i liked asked me "whats up" and i was like "nothing" and then i said "whats up" and he said "nothing" LOL. its funny looking back now but back then it was sooo awkward.

I never know what to say. I know exactly what you mean! It's just another formality like, "How are you?" I hate those kinds of questions because usually I'm just spacing out and suddenly someone asks me some question that's like open-ended and my mind goes blank.
That's so cute the guy you liked asked you what was up. He should have asked you about your day or something to break the ice better.
"What's up?" is kind of hard to answer to, especially if you don't have something new and exciting to tell someone yet. I think you should just bring something random up and just launch into a conversation with him. He's your crush, right? :) You can give semi-strangers/aquantinces some key points of your day. Anything funny that happened. It's okay to tell people things because they can get to know you better and in return they will tell you things too.
