Brooklyn accent!!!!

Question Posted Wednesday August 22 2007, 4:58 pm

I am trying to figure out a brooklyn accent and I need some help. I live in the four corners area in the US- how can I change my speech to a realistic Brooklyn accent? Any ideas/ tips/ links would be very helpful.

i have a brooklyn accent, but live no where near there. people say that you can hear mine the most when im angry and yelling.. and when im singing. i tend to not pronounce every letter as you do when your talking and mesh some words together.. im not sure how this helps.. but good luck :)

I have that accent. Why the hell would you want to have one of our accents? lol. We don't pronounce a lot of words correctly and it sounds like "How yoo Dooin?".
