my dentist says that eating causes bad breath... and if you brush your teeth 3 times, or after every meal, and floss you won't have it........ i am not eating (literally nothing no drinks nothing in me.. just to test the validity of this) and i brush my teeth and floss!! and yet when i don't eat my mouth seems to be in its stinkiest yet! my tongue is all white and disgusting! i am just soooo grossed out! what should i do??? Yes, You can get bad breath from eatting. However, If you don't eat or drink anything you can also get bad breath. Please, Do not punish yourself from eatting to advoid bad breath. Just eat healthy foods, Drink lots of water, and to help your breath you can brush, floss, You can even use some mouthwash and even some breath mints help too. :)

I need some help in finding a camcorder to film family, friends, and musical performances. I need plenty of memory and/ or space on a disk/tape (a couple of hours). I'd like the picture and sound quality to be decent, but I don't need a lot of bells and whistles, and I DEFINITELY don't want to plop $600 for a camera. I'd like to be able to download the video onto my Mac and edit it as well. Is there anyone who has a videocamera that they are satisfied with and they could suggest to me? Put your hands on you're hips, and twist left to right 20-30 times a day.
Your butt, Get on all fours and lift up your legs behind your butt do that about 10-15 times and you should see a difference. ;)

You aren't being selfish at all. In fact it sounds like he is the selfish one. You aren't comfortable doing things he asked. Frankly, I don't blame you. I wouldn't be comfortable doing that either. Honestly, It sounds like he was using you for his personal pleasure. If he tried to talk you into something you didn't/don't want to do then he isn't worth you're time. If he wants to go off and find someone who will "tease" him in such a way then let him do so. You deserve better than that, You don't deserve a guy who will just try to get what he wants out of you and not respect the way you feel.

I know how you feel, I was in a relationship for 5 years and dumped my last.
First, Realize he is not good for you. You deserve better than that. Start focusing on you and you're wishes for a better future.
Sometimes you need to be upfront and honest however, There are many ways to go about it. You can be straight foward and just say "Hey this isn't working out, I'm not happy with the relationship and I think it might be best we both go our seperate ways." or maybe just sit down and talk to him about his bad habits and say you are fed up with what he does/doing and then drop the hot potato! ;)

You deserve to be happy, loved and cared for and the husband you have now is that person. You may be still having dreams maybe not only because you care for him but maybe a part of you is scared to realize that its time to move on. Realize what you have now, and what you could have in the future with you're husband. If you're ex choked you in an arguement think about what he could have done if you ever married/had children with him.

I don't think you should turn him down because of the way he looks. Who knows he might be a great guy with a good personality who is a lot of fun. I don't think anyone should ever be turned away because of that reason. If you don't want too go with him as a date, Why not just go as friends? You might end up having a great time.

So I'm scared....my mom is at illinois and im in iowa. My brother just left me and im scared to be alone at my house...i have my black lab and 2 knives my brother gave to me.....but i still dont feel comfortable...im scared and im tired of being scared of everything!!what are some easy ways to get me relaxed???I always feel like someone is going to come into the house and murder me....not to long ago my dad called and said he was coming to get us this weekend...my mom ws freaked and so am i.....i've had nightmares of him coming into my house and killing my family and i....and if i think i hear something downstairs i think a muderer is in my house......i cant watch or think of a scary movie ori wouldnt be able to fall asleep for hours.....should i get some help....one thing i also hate is how my friends want to watch scary movies but they all stare at me because i cant watch them at all...so i feel like the party pooper.....plz help me or ill never be able to live on my own without my family to protect me!!!!:'( (link)

Try and relax,
Try having a friend spend the night with you if it helps you become more comfortable. During the daytime have the certains opened let the light in. Put on the radio or the television keep yourself occupied do something that helps you relax. At night time before going to bed just check all the windows and the doors make sure they are locked. Then tell yourself "I am okay, Everything is okay, Doors and windows are locked" Tell yourself that everyday. If the problem keeps happening I would suggest seeing a doctor about it. It could be anxiety

I'm 17 years old and was adopted a little over 10 years ago by people I love very much. I can't help but wonder, though, about my real family. I have so many questions I want to ask them and I just want to know who they are. I'm not necessarily looking for a relationship - I don't think I could ever even consider calling them mom or dad, but I just have so many thoughts going on.
I'm afraid of hurting my parents - my adopted parents, that is. I don't want to tell them that I want to search for my birth parents because I don't want to upset them. I'm happy that they adopted me and even though we don't always get along, I know I have a better life here than I would have.
Would I be hurting my parents too much if I tell them I want to search for my birth parents? Should I just give up and try to forget about it?
I don't know what I'd say if I found my biological parents, I just feel like it's something I need to do, but I don't want to hurt my mom or dad.

I'm adopted also, However, I will share my opinion.
Finding you're parents is completely up to you. Once you turn the legal age (18) The choice is yours too make and you have that right. However, I'm not saying you plan on it, and whatever the reason to finding your parents is your personal buisness. Just keep in mind, that sometimes it doesn't turn out the way you hoped, or wanted it too. If you do decide to look for you're birth parents exspect the worse to happen so you don't end up being suprised, shocked, or hurt in the long run.
