Choosing a Camcorder!

Question Posted Tuesday September 16 2008, 11:21 pm

I need some help in finding a camcorder to film family, friends, and musical performances. I need plenty of memory and/ or space on a disk/tape (a couple of hours). I'd like the picture and sound quality to be decent, but I don't need a lot of bells and whistles, and I DEFINITELY don't want to plop $600 for a camera. I'd like to be able to download the video onto my Mac and edit it as well. Is there anyone who has a videocamera that they are satisfied with and they could suggest to me? Any help will be appreciated.

600?! No no, You can buy a good one for about $150.00 at Target, Best Buy or even Circuit city!

This is a good brand
Aiptek HSHD Flash Drive/SD Card HD Camcorder

I found it on the circuit city website.

Here is what it comes with

Records in 720p HD
• 2.4” LCD display
• 2GB internal memory• 4x digital zoom
• Low light mode
• Shoots 3-megapixel photos

Also, Here is the website!
