Try having some noise on at all times, like the tv, radio etc. Ask a friend if you can sleep at their house till your mom comes home. Or have a friend sleep over. When you grow up, don't tell your father where you live that way you'll have nothing to be afraid of. Keep all the doors locked, when you leave, and when your home. Look out the window of the floor above your door to see who it is, do't answer if u dn't know who it is.

Try having a friend spend the night with you if it helps you become more comfortable. During the daytime have the certains opened let the light in. Put on the radio or the television keep yourself occupied do something that helps you relax. At night time before going to bed just check all the windows and the doors make sure they are locked. Then tell yourself "I am okay, Everything is okay, Doors and windows are locked" Tell yourself that everyday. If the problem keeps happening I would suggest seeing a doctor about it. It could be anxiety
