I serioulsy can't take this anymore. I understand this isn't a medical forum but I've been chronically constipated for a year and a half. I look pregnant right now. I stopped eating wheat, dairy.. and currently nuts to see if I have an allergy. Ive tried exlax, colace, miralax, probiotics. I've tried drinking tons of water and going for more walks. I've tried eating more greens.. things with more fiber. I've tried doing kegels. I had an xray done and it shows all my stool backed up but no blokage. All the doctors I get arent being invasive enough. but they say theres no blockage. I cant keep paying money for these specialists who barely do anything to figure out whats wrong. My stool is hard. I get diarrhea pains that make me fall to the floor but nothing will come out whenI try. I feel deformed. My stomach is not flat like it used to be. I have little energy, always irrtated. I even tried drinking that stuff you drink before a colonoscopy because some dumb doctor though it wolud help. It didnt. I was in the bathroom for 5 hours trying to finish that and nothing came out of it. I need help. Has anyone experienced this and gotten help? What kind of xrays should i get done? Ive seen so many doctors, tried so many things. I can't do this anymore. I seriously can't. I can't take this discomfort, pain, and worrying what is okay for me to eat and whats not. I'm at the point where I want to sop eating altogether. I even had an anal manometry test. It showed that some muscles were weak but kegels arent helping. please give me advice. please direct me to an amazing health forum that can fix me. I'm alwyas in pain. and its not chrons or celiac, they tested. What the hell is causing this constipation???? (link)

Did you start any new medication around that time? A lot of pills do have constipation as a side-effect, and it doesn't always start right away.
Have you tried TUMS or Pepto Bismol? Even if they don't help you go, they should help with the pain (definitely don't use regular pain killers for it.)
When you were seeing specialists, was one of them an allergist? This doesn't sound like allergy symptoms, but you said you are testing for allergies, so you should be thorough about it. When you stopped eating wheat, was it just wheat, or did you stop all gluten? Because just stopping wheat isn't likely to help.
When it get's down to it, you could just get a colonic... not something you'd wanna do often obviously, but it would give you a fresh start...

Did you use protection? If yes (assuming proper use) you probably aren't pregnant. If not, you may well be. Keep in mind though, any symptoms you find online are no way going to show up just a day after you have sex. Even a pregnancy test wouldn't be able to show anything this quickly.

now me and my boyfriend for the first time had sex twice last week, the 25th and the 27th, he used a condom and im pretty sure it didnt break. i usually get my period at the end of the month or the beginning.of the month, its now the 5th, and im kinda late. idk if i should worry, or not. it was my first time so idk! please some advice xxxxx (link)

It's possible, but condoms, when used properly, are pretty effective. Your period can be thrown off by a few things, not just by being pregnant. Over the counter pregnancy tests are fairly cheap though, so it can't hurt to make sure.

I'm hoping an outside perspective will help me figure this out. Sorry that this will be long.
So I met a guy at work and he asked me out. I'm 22, he's 19. He's shy, has never had a girlfriend, so I thought I could trust him.
Our first date was amazing and it got really intense really fast...we ended up seeing each other every day (even on days when he was busy, he'd still come by to kiss me goodnight). I slept with him, which worried me but it didn't seem to ruin things. He treated me like a princess and we were both so happy.
Then after almost two weeks he all of the sudden got weird on me...stopping wanting to see me every day...in four days I only saw him once and it was so different, he was way less affectionate and just seemed zoned out. Finally he dumped me, saying that I "wasn't his type". I kept asking him to explain more and he would just say "I can't" and avoid eye contact.
The next day we talked and all he would say was that I "wasn't right for him".
I was really confused and hurt, I texted him asking if he could be a little more specific. He never replied. When I saw him at work he was way more friendly and flirty with more than usual...he tried to get them to move him to the register next to me and followed me around a lot.
I'm just confused...did I do something wrong? Did he just totally use me? I can't get an answer from him. I'd love to just forget him and move on, but I have to see him every day at work and it makes me really unhappy. What do I do? (link)

Never had a girlfriend also means never broken up with someone, so clearly he was pretty bad at it. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt in that he told you the truth about never dating anyone / being a virgin in which case he just doesn't know how to properly do the whole "it's not you, it's me" thing.

No video on youtube is playing any sound. Everything else works except for youtube videos. The volume is on and turned up all the way on both my computer and the video, it's not muted.
How do I fix this problem?

Occasionally, flash updates, youtube updates, and browser updates interfere with one another. Try using a different browser for now (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox) and it should work. In a week or so, update whatever browser you normally use and it should work again.

There's an old joke: What do you call a couple that practices the rhythm method for birth control? Parents. Seriously, for all intents and purposes, every day is a fertile day. Also, not sure where adviceman got his 85% figure from, but condoms are 99% effective if used properly. You may or may not be pregnant. Buy a pregnancy test, and if you aren't and don't want to be pregnant in the very near future, start using at least some form of birth control.

find the picture you want to set as your wallpaper online, right click it, click "set as desktop background." (could be something similar like "set as background" or "set as wallpaper" depending on your operating system and browser)
You could also copy paste the C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper into the address bar (where you type web addresses) and push enter, which will take you to the backgrounds you already have saved on your computer, where you would find an image you like, and again right click it and click "set as desktop background"

For the past few months I have had episodes of blacking out and passing out and getting very dizzy etc at random times. It can be when I am just sitting down or walking, anything. The past few weeks it has gotten really bad, like almost an every day thing.
I went to the doctor and got an EKG on my heart and everything was okay.
I am bulimic, which my doctor doesn't know, but I was wondering if maybe that was the cause. I am a healthy weight and everything but I know that being bulimic is really bad for your electrolytes, i'm not sure if this could be the cause.
I don't know what to do because I obviously don't want to tell anyone about this, but I don't know what else to do.
Any insight on what could be wrong? (link)

OK first off, I don't know if bulimia is the cause, but either way you need to tell your doctor, because if they aren't working with complete information, they can't give an accurate diagnosis. "Healthy weight" is nowhere near enough information, if you are throwing up your food, you aren't getting nutrients from it, and that is probably the cause.
I am a little worried about how unthorough your doctor was... I passed out twice in the span of a year, and my doctor ordered an EKG, an EEG, had a monitor strapped to me for a week while I was walking around, and a whole bunch of other tests, and my insurance isn't even all that good. If the cause hasn't been found, they need to keep looking.

Are you sure you didn't mean "aren't?" Because you pretty much can't swing your arms in high school without hitting a few pervy guys. I mean, you did put "are" twice... so don't go anywhere special, pervs will come to you and hit on you at lunch or something.
If you did mean "aren't" then I'd say join a club in school, one that caters to your interest but would also attract decent guys, maybe something on the brainy side? It's been a while since I've visited Chicago, but I remember there being a pretty cool science museum there, the displays are interactive so you could strike up a conversation.

K so a few months ago, there was this thing between me and this guy at school. He lead me on and and I initiated some as well. So when he made further plans if we could go on a date and stuff, i of course said yes. But then
when it came closer to the date, a few days before it he cancelled and bailed on me and said that he just couldn't go through with it at the moment cause he still had feelings for this girl that he never went out with. So of course I felt hurt and disappointed , but eventually I moved on and didnt give a crap about him. But then today, he came up to me after weeks of not talking to each other and asked if we could talk. He said that he did a lot of thinking and that he wanted to give us a try again and said that he was really sorry of what happened.
So then he asked if we could go on a date, and of course me not wanting to say no and disappoint him I said yes... It was a spur of the moment kind of thing . So now here after a few hours of thinking I just don't have a good feeling about it.. Like now I just keep doubting that I may not have that same strong feelings for him as before ... Help !

Well there's the new movie, the book, and the old animated childrens movie if that's what you mean. As far as what is out in theaters, its just a difference of quality, 3d vs 2d, high frame rate vs regular frame rate. Once the DVDs come out there will probably be a few different version like director's cut and extended edition. As far as I know, the books are all the same, barring possible things like interviews with the author and what not. Any time a movie of a book is released, the book is usually reprinted with new covers to capitalize on renewed popularity.

Windows 9, when it comes out, will be good for replacing Windows 8, which really sucks.
More seriously though... Assuming you meant 8 and accidentally hit 9: What it's good for is touch screens. Microsoft decided to have just one operating system for both computers and smartphones (and tablets I guess.) So it is optimized for touch screens, and that makes using it with a mouse kind of annoying. I've only really played around with it on friend's computers and don't own one that has it, so I don't know how well it does performance or security wise.

You're not completely white are you? A lot of people will have trouble telling the age of people not of their own race. You definitely don't look 15, looking at those pics and not knowing, I'd probably guess 18 or 19. Look at it this way, in 10 years you'll be glad to look younger than you do. Saying you look young is probably meant to be taken as a compliment by the people who say it to you. I guess you could always try make up and dressing more maturely (whatever that means.) But really, I think you should just learn to take it as a compliment, move on, and appreciate your good genes.

The doctor cannot tell if you are a virgin, and even if they could, they wouldn't be able to discuss it with your mom. The doctor will ask if you are sexual active, and you should tell the truth, otherwise they won't be able to help you as effectively. That said, I don't know of any STDs that have symptoms that appear immediately after sex, so a yeast infection is more likely, but I am not a doctor and you should definitely go see one.

I have been dating my boyfriend for a year now and we live together. He is best friends with his ex girlfriend, which whom he talks to every day. They text at all hours of the night and have a very odd friendship. one time I was going through his messages and he had a message from her at 3 am telling him to come over and "cuddle". We have gotten into arguements over this girl many times and I don't know what to do anymore. He cheated on me during the beginning of our relationship so I am of course paranoid. He swears to me they are just friends but my gut tells me other wise. How do I approach him with this or should I let it go?

The whole texting him at 3am to come over to cuddle is definitely crossing a line, but it's only really serious if he did it. I'm pretty close friends with one of my exes, and though I'm not seeing anyone right now, it wasn't a problem when I was. Normally, I would be pretty much on his side, and telling you not to worry, because being friends with an ex isn't too uncommon, but the fact that he's cheated on you in the past makes it less likely that you are making something out of nothing. He definitely shouldn't be texting back and forth with her while lying next to you in bed. I'd suggest talking to him about some of this more serious behavior. Make it clear that you aren't asking him to stop talking to her (even if that really is what you want) but point out that he's going overboard and ask him to tone it down a bit.
