Change wallpaper

hi,
im trying to change my wallpaper (hp mini)and i was told to go to C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper but i dont know what that means? can somebody please help me?

find the picture you want to set as your wallpaper online, right click it, click "set as desktop background." (could be something similar like "set as background" or "set as wallpaper" depending on your operating system and browser)

You could also copy paste the C:WindowsWebWallpaper into the address bar (where you type web addresses) and push enter, which will take you to the backgrounds you already have saved on your computer, where you would find an image you like, and again right click it and click "set as desktop background"
