it was probably a real immature joke between him and his friends...just next time get him by saying..."i dont know, have you started having wet dreams yet?"...trust me it works...and shuts them up real quick!

why thank you!!!! you could wear you hair half up half down... pull the top up and leave the bottom down...what ever you do dont put ALL your hair up...because sometimes the pic looks like your a boy so make sure that from the front you can see some of your hair. and i really cant tell you anything about the breakouts but to wash your face GOOD every night and hope for the best.

Okay..I'm so scared about getting my period. I'm in the middle of puberty, and i know it's going to happen soon. With school here, I'm scared I'll get it at school! I already shave my legs, wear a 'training' bra, and have mood swings. Please help! and no..I do not want to ask the nurse for a pad..I'll rate 5's if it's good! PLEASE! I NEED IT NOW!

what my mom made me do in sixth grade is carry a bag containing two or three pads and an extra change of underwear just in case "it" caught me at school. that way if you do that you can have that and not have to go through the embarrasment of having to ask somebody.

I dont know if this guy thats 1 year older then me likes me or not. I dont know if i should go up to him or not. he goes to my school and he always looks at me and stuff and i used to talk to him online and stuff and now i dont know what i should do. should i go up to him at school and start a conversation?? hes not coming up to me and saying anything so is it my job to make the first move??? ill rate 5's for good answers!!

it maybe a good idea to make the first move...after all he maybe shy. it will also tell him that you want to be friends. because he doesnt come up to you just see how the first conversation goes and if he doesnt seem interested dont keep trying...chances are if he doesnt seem interested hes not doesnt like you...(i think hes just shy and hopeing you would talk to him)

While picking out clothes to wear to school tomorrow, I noticed my sweaters in the back of my closet, and began to wonder if it was okay to wear them yet. The temperature has been averaging about 75 degrees here, but it's VERY cold in school...So, since it's after Labor Day, is it okay to wear sweaters yet?

I really wouldnt...it would seem out of place. I normally start wearing sweaters about mid-October...or when it starts to get dramatically cold...like 69 degrees.

I keep having this dream where I see my boyfriend and his friend at a bar...the whole night is very mysterious but fun. I keep having it and seing him giving me a box while at this bar. What does this mean?

this could mean that you could be getting a gift, or that you want a gift of some kind from your boyfriend...it could also mean a proposal. but dreams dont really mean anything...they are just images that come into your head when something has affected you.

I have a question about the paranormal. I don't really believe in spirits and such, but then again I do. Alot of things over the years have changed my mind about ghosts and such. Every night before bed I get on the computer talking to my friends and such, and I even keep the computer desk lamp on, but I always here a swish of wind in the hallway beside the computer room. Sometimes if I turn real quick in my chair I see a shadow running through the hallway.I try not to get caught up in what I see, so I return to my computer desk, a few moments later I feel a presence behind me, it's overwhelming. I feel someone watching me, but when I turn around nothing is there. Also after I get off the computer I go to my room, turn the television on because I have to sleep with some sort of light on, and it's comforting for me to have the television on in my room. I have been having restless sleep since I have first noticed strange things, I wake up in the middle of the night frantically scanning over the room because I feel someone watching over me, I believe I have even seen a dark form at the end of my bed. It's really strange, and about 3 months ago in my basement I discovered a drawing on one of the storage room walls. I had never seen it before, it is a dark face, looks like it has been drawn with carcoal, with white for the eyes and white for the hair. It rather distrubed me, but I figured it was my sister that did it or something. I don't know, maybe all this is in my imagination. As for my question, could someone please shed some light on this situation? Maybe even give me an expierience of their own. I am really starting to think I am going crazy or that something is really in my house.

woah!!!! okay I know how you feel...as being from Louisiana I have visited a lot of haunted plantations and places...I have seen strange figures in the pictures I take at plantations, so I strongly believe in ghosts and spirits. I have also spent the night in a supposedly haunted plantation and I have noticed the same things and have felt the same feelings. I talked to my parents because after I spent the night in the plantation I started getting the same feelings at home as I got in the plantation. I went to a professional like a shrink for about two months and he told me to try to go to bed the same time as my parents did so I wasnt in the dark, up alone, in a quiet house. He also told me to keep a CD by my bed and when I started hearing noises (yes there was creepy...not normal...shifting noises in my house) the CD helped tune out the noises. i also had a sports horn or a whistle because sometimes I had such a strong feeling that I was being watched that I would freeze up and be to scared to run in a frenzy to my parents room so I used that sometimes.

What is the real difference between a friend and a "best friend"?

think about this...if you some how end up in jail who would you call...your friend or your best friend...you would call your friend because your best friend would be in there with you...in other words your best friend would be there for you and with you all the time. see i dont know about you but i go by real friends and best friends my real friends are the ones that would be there for me, know everything about me, and i could tell them my secrets because i know that they would never tell anyone. but as for my best friends they would be the one that has slumber partys with you and knows some of your secrets but then turns around and starts rumors and backstabs you.

Do you think its okay to teach your child to hit someone back if they hit him first?

NO!!!! i wouldnt recommend it. because if you think about it if you tell your child that he/she will think that no matter what its okay to hit. my dad told me that and now i wish he didnt because i got the idea that hitting was okay and for years i had a bad habit of hitting. i also got in a ton of trouble.

i know how you feel. i have recently gone through a rough patch with my friends and we made up but its still not the same. you have two options get rid of her or talk to her about it. id do the first one. i know its hard but its for the better. cuz if you think about it girls are WAY more vicious than boys so if you forgive her she can turn around and do the same thing to you again but only worse.

Ok see im 13 and im normal weight for a 13 yr old girl, but it seems like all the boys in my grade are smaller.. i mean literly smaller than me- shorter and less weight. i don't no what the " deal " .

okay heres the deal...boys mature slower than girls do...boys dont really start growing until high school...that when they get taller than all the girls...so you will probably be bigger than the boys for a few more years...
dont worry im the same way...im MUCH taller than ALL the boyfriends ive had...(it kinda sucks)

When you go and get your senior pictures professionally taken, they say they can take out blemishes and retouch the picture. But what if I had a small mole on my face that I wanted them to edit and take that off? Is that possible?

it is possible...but you will have to watch it when they do alter your face for the better because some alterations make you look worse.

I have this friend and she hangs out with me all the time and stuff but shes kinda mean to me and sometimes it gets to the point where im so sad that i cry . what should i do?

when you get to a point where shes being mean to you look her in the eye and tell her off. the reason shes being mean is possibly because she can take advantage of you easily and she knows that you arent going to stand up for yourself. so look her in the eye and tell her something along the lines of "your being mean to me stop it!!!" even if you have to walk away after you say it(to give her time to take it in). you have to stand up for yourself if your ever going to get her to stop being mean to you

I'm really tired of just wearing jeans and a t-shirt to school. I want to start dressing nicer. But all the nice/cute clothes that I find are tank tops or spaghetti straps. And the problem with that is at my school all tops have to have a strap of 3 inches.
Does anyone know of any place that has nice/cute tops that aren't tank or spaghetti?

try looking in department stores in the clearance section i find all my dressy yet casual tops there. a lot of t-shirts are fancy if you have the right accesories. last year i wore a t-shirt with a dog on it from old navy with a demin blazer and heels and it was the perfect dressy yet casual outfit needed for school. so try a t-shirt with a pair of heels

i hate myself. i'm extremely self-conscious. i have zero self-esteem. are there any ways to start feeling better about my self, or to boost my confidence?

i used to have that problem...then i decided to change it...i asked my friends that once a day if they could give me a compliment and one thing that i could change about myself for the better. i listened to their compliments and that made me happy and more confident. and i changed gradually what they told me to change untill they couldnt find anything else to change. but the only problem that i found was i had to really trust my friends...i also kept in my head "i dont care what anyone thinks of me and if they have a problem with me i dont care." i also wrote that down and put it in my locker. when someone made fun of me i held my head high never made it look like they hurt me in any way and i always found something inperfect with them and when i got home i had a list and i put their name and what i found and i thought of it every time they made fun of me.

NOTE: some people in this world are out to make you miserable thats what makes them stronger and more "powerful" than you. so ALWAYS look them in the eye even if your about to cry...(thats what i always did and it worked)

My boyfriends' ex is pregnant, she isn't trying to break us up or anything. She stays out of my way and I stay out of hers. I love my boyfriend very much, do you think that the baby could break us up or make us closer. Please help. Should I talk to the ex or just leave things as are.

i would just leave things the way they are for right now...if crap starts talk to her. but you may want to tell her that you are there for her. but nothing else...at least not untill anything happens. and it doesnt sound like anything that would break you two up not enless your boyfriend got her pregnant.

i've had boobs for five years now and vaginal discharge and hair in all those places but i still haven't gotten "it" yet and two years ago the doctor said it woul be within the month. i know i won't want it once i get it but i just want it so i know i'm normal. oh yeah (14/f)also my mom got hers when she was 15.

even if you dont have it yet your normal and blessed. i was sorta like you but opposite i got mine when i was 11 (two years before my mom) and i was relatively flat-chested then so i had no clue. so your normal and as to when you will start it...it maybe near your mother or like me two years AFTER...
