I have a question about the paranormal. I don't really believe in spirits and such, but then again I do. Alot of things over the years have changed my mind about ghosts and such. Every night before bed I get on the computer talking to my friends and such, and I even keep the computer desk lamp on, but I always here a swish of wind in the hallway beside the computer room. Sometimes if I turn real quick in my chair I see a shadow running through the hallway.I try not to get caught up in what I see, so I return to my computer desk, a few moments later I feel a presence behind me, it's overwhelming. I feel someone watching me, but when I turn around nothing is there. Also after I get off the computer I go to my room, turn the television on because I have to sleep with some sort of light on, and it's comforting for me to have the television on in my room. I have been having restless sleep since I have first noticed strange things, I wake up in the middle of the night frantically scanning over the room because I feel someone watching over me, I believe I have even seen a dark form at the end of my bed. It's really strange, and about 3 months ago in my basement I discovered a drawing on one of the storage room walls. I had never seen it before, it is a dark face, looks like it has been drawn with carcoal, with white for the eyes and white for the hair. It rather distrubed me, but I figured it was my sister that did it or something. I don't know, maybe all this is in my imagination. As for my question, could someone please shed some light on this situation? Maybe even give me an expierience of their own. I am really starting to think I am going crazy or that something is really in my house.

i am very intrested in the paranormal and i do believe in ghosts and spirits. i have seen, heard, and felt them before. when i was younger, i'd usually see a man in my house, he'd look at me and then disappear. now i don't see him as much as i used to. once i saw a little girl. Now i don't really see the ghosts ne more but they still make themselves know. I see a dark shade every once in a while and i feel cold some times and i feel as if someone is with me. lots of times ghosts try to make themselves known to people who don't believe in them. As for the drawing, it has been recorded that ghosts come back and leave drawings and other pictures from the other side. Mostly they leave the pictures on grave stones, but no one knows the logic in their thought process. Trust me, try to communicate with this "shade" say out "i believe that you exist." ghosts stay behind b/c they left something, or they are waiting for something or looking for something. if you feel brave enough tell the ghost that you are willing to help and that you hope that he or she will cross over soon. Besides this, i just don't know what else to tell you.

No you're not going crazy I never did believe in ghosts but now I do because when I was like ten years old I went to another state for my vacation for one week,one night at 1:00 at the night my mom went to sleep then I was watching the news,then I heard voices of a whisper,the weather man on tv was talking. But then it was on commmercials,it said my name a few times,then I heard someone coming to the kitchen,the noise was coming from my room,I didn't dare go check there,then I heard a person throw a glass at the window of the kitchen,and I hid under the pillows.I was so frightened,that very same night I went to sleep later in my room,then my mom woke up,she also heard like someone threw something,got up,checked but there was nothing there.The next day something so scary happened half of the glass of the window was broken and I was so terrified!So ever since I believed in spirits and people have prove sometimes that they seen it on tv because some were caught on camera.Waht you need to do is go to the priest to put god's pure water in your house so the spirits could go away.Take good care of yourself.

woah!!!! okay I know how you feel...as being from Louisiana I have visited a lot of haunted plantations and places...I have seen strange figures in the pictures I take at plantations, so I strongly believe in ghosts and spirits. I have also spent the night in a supposedly haunted plantation and I have noticed the same things and have felt the same feelings. I talked to my parents because after I spent the night in the plantation I started getting the same feelings at home as I got in the plantation. I went to a professional like a shrink for about two months and he told me to try to go to bed the same time as my parents did so I wasnt in the dark, up alone, in a quiet house. He also told me to keep a CD by my bed and when I started hearing noises (yes there was creepy...not normal...shifting noises in my house) the CD helped tune out the noises. i also had a sports horn or a whistle because sometimes I had such a strong feeling that I was being watched that I would freeze up and be to scared to run in a frenzy to my parents room so I used that sometimes.

Your not crazy. All sorts of stuff like that happens, to a lot of people. Your not alone. I can gaurentee that. I have strange, unexplainable things happen at my house too, that are less than friendly.
The drawing is rather strange. You should check out who lived before you, see if it has any signifiance. Then again, it could have been a doodle. And I doubt it was your imagination, Though things like that happen sometimes.
You just can't be afraid of these kind of things, trust me on that please. I hope I helped. <33

I don't think your going crazy, I actually do believe in like spirits and stuff, but not that strongly. All sorts of things happen to me, like when I was sitting in my living room I looked up into the loft and saw a white thing up there. I actually got really freaked out. Also I like leave lights on in my room than come back and they're off, its really creepy. I don't think to much about it though.
