Question Posted Thursday September 8 2005, 4:43 pm

Okay..I'm so scared about getting my period. I'm in the middle of puberty, and i know it's going to happen soon. With school here, I'm scared I'll get it at school! I already shave my legs, wear a 'training' bra, and have mood swings. Please help! and no..I do not want to ask the nurse for a pad..I'll rate 5's if it's good! PLEASE! I NEED IT NOW!

Buy a small pack of pads at the drugstore and keep them in a hidden compartment in your school bag or purse. Just be prepared.

what my mom made me do in sixth grade is carry a bag containing two or three pads and an extra change of underwear just in case "it" caught me at school. that way if you do that you can have that and not have to go through the embarrasment of having to ask somebody.

~hope i helped

don't worry about it. what you need to do is take a few pads & stick them in your purse. you'll definately know when you get your period. so if you don't feel that well, er feel weird, juss go into the bathroom & see if you're bleeding. if you're bleeding at all, put a pad on. juss ask your mom er a family member er friends for pads if you don't have any. juss remember that all girls get PMS around your age.

-hope that helped!♥
