I'm 18 and I was supposed to get my period on the 20th. I've had my period for 3+ years, and its been very regular (ALWAYS early or on time.) I just got on birth control and since my period has been late, they gave me a shot so my period would start right away (so I could start taking the pill.) Well it's been more than 2 days, and I still havent gotten it. I'm not sexually active or anything, so pregnancy is out of the question. I know it's suppose to be irregular the first couple years, but I've had it longer. Should I be worried?

Unless your doctor tells you that its something your should worry about, then no. I was on birth control for a long time and when I decided to get off it, I didn't have my cycle for over 3 months. Like you, my body takes longer than normal to adjust to changes like that. It's NOTHING to fret, I promise. :)

I was wondering about how long in advance do most places give you before having a job interview? (Like do they tell you they want an interview in hours, a day, a week etc?)

It's normally a couple days if not a week in advance. But most places are very understanding and will work around your schedule if you're busy.

For those girls who go to the tanning bed, do you recommend any good face accelarators? (Lotion products that can make your face tan faster.) And if so, what's the normal price range on it? Thank you.

I get Soy Dark by Botanica. You can use it all over your body and it works really well. The best part about it is that it's soy(obviously) so if your skin is easily irritated, don't worry, it's very sensitive. I payed about 50 dollars for mine. but it lasts you a long time and gives you results. If you don't want to spend the money, most tanning salons have samples for around 8 dollars. :)

Is there anything I can do to make myself look older? I already dress my age and wear enough of makeup. But there's something about my face that makes me seem younger. Are than makeup tips that can help change this? 17/f. Thank you!

Try doing your make up in a different way. For example if you go on to youtube, there are a TON of different tutorials for using make up and they're really easy and helpful. Also, a different hair cut could make you look older as well. If you literally go into a salon and say "Is there any way you could cut my hair to make me look a bit older?" They'll make it work. :) I hope that helps a bit.

I've been in a long distance relationship for 9 months. We're recently broken up, and I showed my boyfriend fake pictures, and only JUST showed him my actual self a few days ago. I was terrified to tell him, but he actually took it MUCH better than I thought he would. He was a little upset at what I did, but said he still loved me, and if I 'work with him a little bit' by showing him more pics of my real self & maybe getting a webcam, then we could get back together.

We both have strong feelings for eachother, & I (stupidly) ended the relationship because I knew I could never meet him since I sent fake pics. But now, he knows what I really look like, and accepted me, so a relationship is possible again.

This is my only problem. I've only showed him shoulders up pics of me. I'm not fat..but curvy. He's a tall, lanky guy, VERY skinny, he only weighs 120 lbs! But, I weigh more than that, & I'm scared to show him pics of my whole body. He's been asking for 'bikini'/full body pics & for me to get a webcam, but I honestly don't have any bikini pics, because I hate my body. I think it's too curvy, and it's my #1 insecurity.

Anyway, I do love him, & I realize if he can get over me faking pics, & he does like my face..then can my body really be a cause for him to stop loving me? I'm just scared he'll be unattracted to me, and won't want to tell me because he's too nice.

Basically what I'm asking is: 1. How should I go about showing him pics of my full body? Just send him a bunch then say I have to leave quickly? (I don't want to be there when he sees them, hahah) 2. Should I get a webcam if he accepts the pics the way they are? It's not really like I'd be showing my body on there anyway, he'd really only see my face. Thank you.

Okay dear, this is how I see it..I think you SHOULD send him a full body shot of you. I mean, you'll have to do it eventually if you're going to keep a relationship with him. And even if he DOESN'T like your pictures, then he's a jerk and you don't want to waste your time with this guy anyway. But I doubt that would happen because he must think you're someone really special if he forgave you for sending him fake pictures. :). But to answer your most specific questions..

1. I would send him a few pictures and wait for his reply. Because if you just run away, then you're going to spend the rest of your night wondering what he's thinking and if he liked it, and so on and so forth. Like I said before, it's going to happen sooner or later, why not do it now?

2. If he accepts, and YOU want a web-cam, then go for it. Like you said, you'll only really be showing your face.

p.s. be sure not to let this guy take advantage of you. If you don't feel comfortable doing something, don't do it. :D Keep a good head of your shoulders.

when the time comes i want to tell my boyfriend that i love him, in a very special, unforgettable way. I have a few ideas, any of you have any you have used, heard of, or think is an amazing way to say, ILOVEYOU.

Get some M&Ms and form a ton of them to form the words "I LOVE YOU". Or get a scrabble board and arrange it to say 'I LOVE YOU". Or, this may be difficult, but get alphabet soup and make it say "I LOVE YOU". Also, if you want to go ALL out, M&M's allow you to make custom M&Ms, so you can make them say whatever you want instead of having the brand names on them. This has a cost of course but it's a cute idea : )

I have a best (guy) friend i have known since elementary school. We live in Tampa fl. We are both 13 and in 7th grade. He asked me out at the beginning of 7th grade. But I didn't like him like that. The best way to approach this situation is my talking to your friend. You say he already knows that you like him, so the hard part is over. Just say something like "Look, you know I like you and to be honest, I want a relationship with you. But I just want to hear from you that if something were to go wrong between us, we'll remain friends" Also, before you talk to him ask yourself how much you like him and how much you're willing to risk to be with him.

I go to the gym 4 days a week and use the elliptical 45mins and that is all I do. What can I do to help me lose some more weight quicker?

its nice that you wanna lose weight, but try not taking it over board. Have goals like, doing 100 crunches every night before I go to bed, or 20 jumping Jacks when I wake up. something simple to start you out. and actually, jogging up and down stairs is the BEST way to burn carbs.

There's no 'easy' way out but if you get an excersizing buddy, your most likely to work harder :]
