Present yourself well to your utmost ability. Get a realllly cute outfit that you feel good in(b/c let's face it, that makes EVERYONE most confident). Also, play with your hair while your flirting, or bite your bottom lip even. DON'T OVER DO IT THOUGH!! Also, Always start off my flattering them, so start with a compliment. 'I'm loving the shirt, is it new?' 'Did you get a haircut? It looks nice' 'wow, you have really green eyes!' etc.

its not always about flirting its about how to present yourself.
try this be friendly with a bit of attitude look them right in the eyes and smile. be mysterious dont let them figure you out. be confident guys like a girl whos confident try having a little bit more attitude. but also give him compliments.
and most important play hard to get do not wear your heart on your sleeve.
