Let me advise you...
whatever you do, do not stop eating. Your body will then go into survival mode and then when you do start eating again, everything will automatically start sticking to your body.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so be sure to eat a big healthy breakfast. And do not do any late night snacking. Make dinner the last thing you eat.

I was told by a culinary teacher to eat like a King at breakfast, eat like a Prince at lunch, and eat like a pauper (poor person) at dinner.

Everyone says American Eagle is the best store, but personally I hate it. All of their t-shirts are basically the same things with different words and colors. A lot of their clothes are really bad quality. I bought a cami from there once and I only wore it once and a HUGE hole ripped and I wasn't even running around or anything. It may be a little cheaper then Abercrombie & Fitch or Hollister, but atleast if you buy something from A&F or Hollister, you know the clothes are going to last. American Eagle's clothes arn't the most attractive things, and they look cheap. What do you think about AE?

Personally, AE is one of my favorite stores, along with A&F and HCO. It is good that AE is a little cheaper than the other two. But I also love the fashions at AE. I have tons of clothing from AE, even some that I've had for over a year, and they have no rips in it.

Maybe when you bought the cami it already had a small hole, then when you started wearing it, the hole gradually got bigger and bigger. My suggestion, check the clothing item you are about to buy for any holes/rips/tears.

Same thing actually happened to me, except I wasn't THAT big lol.
My advice is to stop wearing the revealing shirts, and if you dont already, try not to flaunt your breasts.
Also, maybe bring attention to your face by putting on lip gloss or touching your face or whatever. Guys will hopefully start noticing your face rather than your breasts.

I use limewire. Although, it might have given my computer a virus. I'm not positive if limewire is the cause. Limewire does download songs fairly fast, but on certain songs it just wont download.

I so agree. Cheyenne Kimball and Brooke Hogan kinda suck at singing. Theres a whole lot more people in the world with much better singing who arent getting noticed. It's all just genetic limelight for people like Brooke Hogan, Paris Hilton and Ashlee Simpson.

Every morning I wake up with deadly breath and a killer taste in my mouth. Even after I brush my teeth, it's still nasty. I don't know what else to do. Even when I brush my teeth before bed I have this problem. Any ideas on how to fight morning breath? (I had no idea what catagory to put this in!)

My mom had this same problem. She went to the doctors because NOTHING else seemed to work. They told her that it was because she needed to get her tonsils removed. Ever since she's had this surgery, her breath is much better.

Ways to cure it for now is to chew gum like Winterfresh to get that cool breeze in your mouth.
That's what I do, and my breath is minty fresh all day long!

To get rid of this smell, maybe shower more. If that isnt it, maybe it's your underarm odor that people are smelling. So, if you don't already, use deodorant every day. I suggest Secret, it feels and smells great, and hey, no white marks!


Also, I advise you not to cover it up with perfume. Bad odors and perfume create a horrible mixture and will most likely make the smell even worse.
