My guess is that you are a late bloomer. Or it could be that you inherited boobs from a different family member like if you're aunt has small boobs you could have inherited her small chest. You don't always just inherit things from your parents, other family members genes are given to you too. But maybe your mom was a late bloomer too and didn't get her D cup until 17. I'm pretty sure you'll be atleast a C when your done growing. You still have 4-6 years to grow so there's nothing to worry about. Also if you have an older sister, then if she ALSO is big chested like your mom, then you will be more likely to have big boobs too. Until you grow, buy push up bras and padded bras to make your chest look bigger.

Hey, a D cup ain't so great. Take it from me. I'm a 38D, and it's not what you'd think. As MHScutie said, you get to wear all sorts of cute clothing that I can't. Not to mention you don't have to deal with all the pains associated with a larger chest.

Anyway, you'll probably grow more. You're 14! Just wait for it.

You have about 6 more years to grow, so don't worry!
I have heard that if your mom is a D cup, then the daughter will most likely not be an A cup. So you're probably just a late bloomer.

Hope this helps :]

Don't worry at all girl! You still have about 5 or 6 more good years of growth in your chest! And even if your boobs don't grow much more, feel lucky that you can pull of skimpy, cute tops that big-chested girls could not. ;)

hope this helps- :)
