so is it true that when people have low self esteem that they tell other people that they are ugly just to make themselves feel better?
♥if thats true . theres one girl whos always telling me how ugly i am . well i dont want to sound conceited because im not but i know im pretty . and yeah . but she doesnt think shes pretty and she has told me that before but she acts like shes all that and has to call other ppl names and i guess it makes herself feel good?

If you are asking if people insult people to make theirsevles feel better its true most people insult people when ever they are sad, mad, upset, stressed, or anything else other people do it becusae they don't have any friends or they just are mean try to talk to this person and ask them if anything bad is going on in there live maybe a pet or relitive died and they can't get over it if that doesn't work they prorbably are just plain mean

i mean shes fun to hang around with and like we know everything about eachother to the point where its scary.. but sometimes she gets like weird and says im ugly or fat or something even though i know that im not..( she mostly says this stuff when i get a boyfriend) cuz ive had 4 this year and shes had none. she can also be really conceited and then she says shes jk but i know shes not. so basically yeah your friend is probably jealous of you.

Yep. Unfortunately, you have to get used to it because there will be LOTS of people in your life who try to bring you down to make themselves feel better. Obviously, this girl is extremely insecure and feels like if she tells people they are ugly, she suddenly becomes prettier. But, beauty on the inside is what really counts. And obviously, she doesnt have that. Dont worry about people like that. Just ignore her because Im sure youre gorgeous. :]

Yes, that's pretty true. Sometimes it has nothing to do with their self-esteem, sometimes it's just that they're plain mean. This girl may have low self-esteem especially since she, herself, thinks that she is ugly. She might also be making fun of other people because she wants people to be laughing at them and not at her.
