i have a really close relationship with my friend mike he's not a boyfriend or anything and i dont see him that way at all, but he's like an older brother to me and ever since we became friends he has been. well, i USED to dress punk, and he does now too...and well im prep now but he hasnt seen me...im afraid that hes not gunna wanna be my friend anymore since im dressing prep, i mean maybe he still will but maybe he wont...i just have worries, what do i do?

If he judges you by how you dress, then he's not worth your time. Dress however you want, not to please other people. If he cares about you that much, then he will still like you. Clothes mean nothing, who you are as a person does. It sounds corny, but in this situation, it's really important to know.

Ok right now im trying to start my own thing. So besides abercrombie, does anyone know where I can get some leg warmers? Thank ya..

If you're sure, then I think you should take a chance and go out with him. But, if you've already told him you liked him, and he said he didn't want to go out with you, then don't push it, or else you will ruin the friendship.

Pastel colors. Brown mascara, light blue, purple, or pink eyeshadow. Light pink blush. Just use lighter colors and you'll be fine.

I have really pretty green eyes! and their small and i have long eyelashes. A lot of ppl tell me i have to prettiest eyes. Does anyone know what color eyeshadow to wear or specific type of mascara?

Some light blues or green eyeshadows would look nice. Black mascara would probably look best. Since you have nice eyes, also bring them out with some eyeliner. It will also make your eyes look bigger.

what do they do when you get a sports physical? anything with your privates?

You have to strip down to your bra and underwear (or if you're a boy then you strip to your boxers) and they make you bend over to check for scoliosis, which is curving of the spine. They take your blood pressure and tempurature. They check your reflexes. That's pretty much it.

Candy always works, a tee shirt with their favorite band, a mixed CD of songs he likes, a gift certificate for a store, or maybe take him to the movies or dinner and pay for everything.

That's where your internal organs (stomach, intestines) are. There's no way to get rid of it without getting those organs taken out. Which obviously is not a good idea. Don't worry about it, everyone has it no matter how skinny they are.

I'm goiing into 8th grade and have never had a b/f and i think i no y. In school and in my neighborhood i'm constantly playing sports. I've always loved to be involved with the diff. kinds of sports and wen i'm playing(which is A LOT of the time) i'm mostly playing wit guys. So i've been known as "one of the guys" wen i'm playing basebal nd stuff. Since i like never do any of that gurlie stuff no guys have crushes on me(or even like me as a girl). Are there any ways I can SHOW them that Sports aren't my life and get them to take me seriously?

If these guys don't like you for who you are, then they arn't worth it. Don't try to change yourself to please someone else. I bet that some of the guys that you place sports with like you. I think you should ask one of them to go to the movies with you. Wear a little bit extra makeup and a skirt or dress. Then he will know that you have a girly side and a sporty side.

Tell them that you and your friend are having trouble in science class, and that you are going to be sitting with other people for a while because they are doing great in that class and offered to help you with your homework. That should work for a month, and then your boring friends will just kind of forget about you...like they'll be so used to you sitting somewhere else that they won't notice you aren't there anymore.

ok when im with my friends i always say tha tlike the jocks & stuff r hot.. which they r and alot of the times ill like them.. but when it comes to actually likin sumone and being in relationships i choose the guys that my friends think r not hot.. like i go for personality not looks... a good body is just a plus.. and my friends r always like y r u with him, hes ugly, u could do so much better., but i dont want to do better i like the guys that im with... how can i make my friends see that id rather have a guy with a soso body & a great personality than a guy with a great body but cant even make me laugh...???

If you go by personality instead of looks, you will be a lot happier and more likely to get who you want. Who wants to be around a hot guy who only cares about how you look? I think you're doing the right thing. I think you should ask out one of these nice guys, and then when your friends see how happy you are, they'll quit bitching and see that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

whats the biggest difference between high school and middle school?

Freedom. In middle school they practically wipe your butt for you, but in high school, your pretty much on your own. There are some classes, like technology, computers, home ec, and art, that you have to take in middle school, but don't have to in high school. You are more responsible for your own success.

I got this from my parents and friends who are in high school by the way. I'm not starting high school until this fall.

I don't think you're supposed to put lemonade in your hair. Lemon juice alone (with out water or sugar) will lighten it, but it might lighten it too much. I think you should just do it the traditional way with normal bleach.

Can you have sex when you are pregnant??

Yes, but in the last few months of pregnancy it gets kind of difficult with the stomach getting in the way. You can't get pregnant again if you have sex while your pregnant.

I recently got my tongue pierced. I love it, but the thing is, my church and friends don't approve of it. How do I deal with those opposed to the piercing?

If your friends won't accept you over a little thing like a tongue piercing, then they arn't your friends at all. Tell them that it's your body, not theirs.
