You could try bleach but im not to sure that would b good for your skin. but i kno there are a lot of products out there, there would probable be something if you go to an store and look in the hair coloring isle, or maybe in the shaving isle. and if all else fails you could maybe even ask your hair dresser?? :) [ Chatychic08's advice column | Ask Chatychic08 A Question ]
BriBabe answered Friday August 13 2004, 10:11 pm: If I were you, I would mix a half cup of bleach, with a half cup of water (the water will loosen the effect of the bleach- so that you won't bleach your actual ARM white!) Then, dip an oldrag, or paper towel in the solution, and dab it lightly on your arm. You should see effects in about 5- 10 minutes.
Reminder- this doesn't work for everyone. If you have REALLY dark hairs- it will only lighten the color a little- not make it blonde! [ BriBabe's advice column | Ask BriBabe A Question ]
BeezKneez answered Friday August 13 2004, 8:33 pm: You can try using lemon juice and then spending some time in the sun. That works w/ ur hair 2 if ur lookin 4 highlights. Hehe. [ BeezKneez's advice column | Ask BeezKneez A Question ]
MFS answered Friday August 13 2004, 6:29 pm: you probalby used too weak a peroxide solution. Peroxide is an oxidizer - it is the active agent in non-bleach whiteners. It is found in hair products and tooth whiteners. What was the % of the peroxide you used? You can buy several different strengths form the store. And it degrades rather quickly, so if you used an old bottle, you basically poured water on your arm. Peroxide reacts with most anything, which is why old bottles of it aren't any good. Karen answered Friday August 13 2004, 5:26 pm: Sun In works the best! I have really dark arm hairs and now they're like bleach blonde lol. You can buy Sun In in Walmart, Stop & Shop, Shaws, and in any pharmacy stores like CVS and Walgreens. I think it costs about $8 but I'm not sure because some store prices are different. Hope I helped :) [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]

Crystal49 answered Friday August 13 2004, 4:24 pm: I asked my friend about this one for you and she said she uses: One Touch Cream Hair Bleach. She said she bought it at a tanning salon but she's seen it at her local grocery store in the hygiene section. It only costs around 7 dollars and only takes a few minutes to work. Hope this helps. good luck! [ Crystal49's advice column | Ask Crystal49 A Question ]
