Tilt your chin up and forward, put your shoulders back and tilt your head slightely to one side, so look in a mirror and find your good side. Think happy thoughts, or think of an inside joke and smile. Sometimes saying cheese or something stupid will help. Try to suppress the happiness so it looks natural and so you dont burst out laughing. Put your tounge behind your two top front teeth. Remember to think about how your eyes look. If thinking happy doesnt make your eyes look happy, they will look dull and ruin your face. I personally lower my eyelids while taking a photo, or else I look too eager. When taking a full length picture remeber all this, then put your dominant *probably your right foot in front going straight, and keep the left at an angle going left, behind your right foot. Keep your arms at both sides, hold something if that feels awkward, or put a hand or both on your waist, but remember to keep your shoulders back. Im 16 and my dad died when i was 8 and my mom recently got married to a guy who used to be in the army. I have two sister and now i have 3 step brothers. He is like way strict and his kids are like perfect angels but me and my sisters have never really been raised that strict and for lack of better words are pretty wild. my mom never really punished us for things and now this guy is trying to control us and take over our lives. He has no right to controll you especially because he just got into your life where he needs to be accepted, not where he needs to make people accept him, if you know what I mean by this. He cant be pushing you around when he just walks into your life if you dont accept him, so thats what you need to discuss with him. Tell him that your not used to his strict rules, so that he needs to be more patient and understanding with you, becuse you learn differently then his kids,and you didnt grow up with him, so he cant treat you exactly how you treat his kids.Tell him that your a generally good person with limits who will take correction, so that he can loosen up, then prove yourself to be that way, and he will listen to you. If you present this information kindly to him and act kind to him regardless, he will back off. If your discussion with him offends him in any way be sure to apologize that hes hurt, but that its the truth and thats how you feel. Even the harshest people have feelings, so remember to soften the blow when you basically tell him "your not my father, your cant boss me around like that." Even in the most heated moments, if any arise, just never say it like that, and everything will be fine :)

I've got a muffin top, so all my bathing suits are tankinis. I got mine from Jcpennys, for about 20 dollars, because they have big sales this time of year on them. otherwise theyre about 40 dollars. then I got some from wal mart, which are cheaper but still cute and durable.

I think you should tell your friend, but in a casual way. Dont pull her aside and be all serious thats making the situation way too serious, especially because he wuz joking around. For example be having a conversation with your friend about her boyfriend and be like "omg that reminds me in 5th period or w.e he kept tryna to lift up my skirt! i told him "get away, your *insert friends name here*" she'll say something and you can take it from there

100 strands a day are lost from the average healthy un stressed head. If you are stressed your hair can stop growing, or fall out. Bad nutrition could be why your hair is falling out too. Try to relax and take some vitamins

Go see a doctor thats really not right that you havent had your period yet.. I dont know how they will get your period to come but one thing i do know, periods suck, but children are wonderful. good luck :)

in most cases its when there are a few colors you cant see correctly. The most common is Red Green colorblindness, where u'll see some other color. one of my friends is colorblind too, he sees blue when he looks at red or green, sometimes even orange. if u'r really curious have a whole bunch or colors and ask what he sees

WATER. Drink a lot of it and eat a balanced diet, like doing what the food period tells you, which practically nobody does. Use hypoallergenic lotions and cosmetics and bathe before you go to bed, to get every product you used off your body. Take vitamins. Your skin will be flawless

Middle school definetly. Everybody whos been to high school says so, and people are just more mature there, they think cliques are dumb. Plus there are more people, so you are bound to have more friends all over the place. Getting to know EVERYONE will always be hard, but the right people will come early. After all you don't need to know everyone, some people are mean, or do bad things. Don't worry.

Thats exactly what I would do, just make sure shes talking about you, and make sure the guy your talking to is better friends with you, than he is with sophia. My words would be sumthing like "wuz sophia talking about ME?? wut did she say 2 u?"

K ill make this short. My male friend (13) says he is going to have sex with his girlfriend on Friday night. I really really tried telling him all the consequences about AIDS and Pregnancy and how young he is etc. He wont listen to me! Tell him how to protect himself other then tell him not to have sex. Warn him about the consequences more if he doesnt want to protect himself, then warn his girlfriend. Warn his parents if you have the guts. Otherwise forget it. People our age have sex, and at least the both of us know its not good, but in the end THEY suffer the consequences, their FAMILIES suffer the consequences, and you can say I told you, and avoid them.Who wants friends who dont listen to them anyways? The consequences arent even just physical problems, disgrace, punishment, disownment, death. Who wants friends who dont listen to them anyways?

Can you put any type of lotion/body lotion, on your face? or is it just for the body? My face is really dry from using acne medicine a lot so I want to mosturize it but I get oily skin a lot and right after I wash my face too so I don't want it to get more oily (link)

Yes, you can but very very little , and its better if you only put it on the driest places. Make sure it doesnt have fragrance, because that can irritate your face, especially because you have acne. I would suggest Eucerin, because its hypoallergenic, dermatologist recomended, fragrance free, and it doesnt make you feel greasy. Thats what I use.

i had this gigantic red bump on my nose [i asked another question like 1 hr ago about it] and i just popped it and as gross as it seems ALOt of stuff came out, and then put toner on it and covered it up with 10% benzoyl peroxide cream and a bandaid and i HOPE the swelling and the redness is gone by tommorow.
can this be possible?

As long as you have some kind of coverup for tomorrow just in case its not better, dont worry about it. I saw the picture and honestly it wasnt that bad. Sycalic acid could've worked, and i heard there was this thing that cleared pimples in a day, from one of those "i got a piple rite before the dance" commericals, but im not sure. Either way it doesnt matter, its fine

a few months ago my friend ironed my hair with her iron and its really killed my hair so i got the dead ends cut off but there is still dead hair higher up does anyone know what i can go to get it healthier. (link)

Just to tell you, all hair is dead, healthy or not, or else it would hurt to cut it, as if you were cutting yourself.
Shampoos I suggest, pantene, since its pro vitamin, garnier frutic, since it makes hair stronger, keeping your hair from breaking, hairapy, get the one that works for you, they seem good, and herbal essences, their products always seem good. Wash your hair twice a week. Refrain from blowdrying, straightening, and chemicals. Just jell or hairspray is all you should need. Use cooler water to wash your hair. and just a tip, Never trust a friend who is not a professional to do your hair.

I say French, but you must do well in this class for it to look well. Everybody I know who takes a language says Spanish is way easier than French, and all the people taking Spanish are passing to honors and gt classes while most of the people taking French are only in regular and honors placement. From what I know French is the harder language, so if you want something impressive take that. Spanish though, in the usa, is more usefull to you in everyday life, but collegewise, french all the way

Saying oh my God is using The Lords name in vain, a majorly horrible sin, some people even call it blasphemy. they love God, so they would preffer you saying oh my goodness or gosh. They think throwing around words having to do with God is bad, i personally agree with that
