I'm 15 (16 in a month) and I'm really interested in helping the starving children in Africa. Only I don't know how to get involved in this? Is there anything I can do to help these poor children?
Also, when I'm older (out of college) I want to travel to Africa to help these children (note: this is not a new-found passion, I've wanted to help since 8th grade but I havent known how to help) is there any way I could get there like any group to join? I'm not sure how I could go about with that but I really want to go to help for a year of my life.

well you'll start to notice it if your wearing white pants if it starts leaking.. so it probablly wont get to the point where everyone can see it. and dont think like that. the odds that you get your first period in school..while your wearing white pants is VERY small. just always bring pads and an extra pair of pants and underwear. dont worry about it. its not a big deal at all trust me.

i had this boyfriend for a little over a year ( on and off) and i was CrAzY about him he was my first love but he cheated on me about 3 times but i found it in my heart to forgive ( b/c he really was a sweet guy) but he didnt cheat on me for a looong time but we did end up breaking up..
then i got this boyfriend( who i am with now) and he treats me like gold if i told him to do something he does it right then and there...
but i think for some reason im still in love with my ex-boyfriend and my boyfriend at the same time..
i just dont know why i would even think of having feeling for my ex when he did that to me and my boyfriend treats me like gold.

aww..well dont worry..everyone always has feelings for ex's.. you had a past with him. its not just going to erase that easily. it takes time to get over someone. but you should seriously think about what you want. its not right to be with your bf and be thinking about your ex.. maybe you should stay single for a while untill you know exactly what you want. good luck!

oo.. i've been a freshman in highschool for a few days now, and everyday it takes me like atleast 4 hours to do my homework, and i'm only a freshman!! is it always going to be like this because i dont want to spend most of my time doing homework and studying.
i feel the same way!! but im a sophmore.. freshman year was easier but its still overwhelming. you just need to get used to the load. if your teachers let you start homework in class.. take advantage of it!! and if you have some off periods try doing some homework there so you wont have a lot when you get home. good luck!

I just started my Sophmore year of highschool. From the begining of Freshman year 'til now, I've lost MANY friends for stupid reasons. first of all dont care about what people say about you. YOU know your not a bitch.. so dont sweat it. when people take the time and effort to get to know you then put yourself foward as well. but if someone wont give you the time of day then you know their NOT worth it. as for your rep. just try and be really friendly. try and talk to EVERYONE and not just the "cool" people because it always helps to be cool with a lot of people. and its always a good idea to compliment people. even if you dont know them.. just always be positive and smile = )
