The answers are sooooo obvious....put foundation over try that true blend stuff its really good make up or liquid foundation....NAMEBRAND ONLY becuz that generic shytt dont work dont ud any of that powder foundation that stuff cakes up and makes u look like an idiot..OOOOOR put a fake tattoo over if your mom or dad asks about it say you and all your friends were bored so yall decided to put tattoos in the same place and one of your friends picked the neck so you all had to do it...OOOOOR say its aa curlin iron burn or say it's a mosquito bite. The spoon thing works for some people it depends so try it anyway..

A chilled spoon will work to perhaps make it less...(for lack of a better word) 'colorful'...
The best thing to do is wear your hair down and try some baby powder and then some concearler...

hey, well theres really nothin you can do im sorry, my sis tried to cover her up one time but it doesnt really help she tried make up so try that see if it helps you. but theres nothin really you could do. get bak @ meh.

hmm lots of concealer and powder and maybe wear a necklace to kind of take attention away/ cover it up.

you could either use make-up or wear a turtle neck.usually i tell my bf not to give me one in seeable spots over the summer.but if its the winter i wear turle necks
