How do you find your breast cup size???

Sometimes bras are different so your best bet is to find a bra you like, estimate which you think would fit, and then try it on. You can never really be TOO sure. I know what my size is but certain bras i have to go a size bigger... so it depends on the company. Good luck.

I think I may have mono. Some girl at school has it and me and her drank from the same drink and I haven't felt so great since. I'm really tired. What are the symptoms? Should I tell my mom? (She'd really flip) What do I do to get rid of it?

The main symptom is just being really tired. You get flu-like symptoms you are just really tired as well. Tell your mom that you are just not feeling good. If she wants to take u to your dr. and they suspect mono, they will do a blood test. Blood tests are about the only thing that can tell if you have it. You cant do much to get rid of it unless you know that it IS mono. Your best bet is to go get it checked out. Mono could take up to 8 weeks to show symptoms so your mom shouldnt get mad. That would be stupid, you didnt know that your friend had mono. Good luck. =)

ok well on sunday my boyfriend fingered me and now i've been having brown discharge. what could this be? i know it's not my period by i had that over 2 weeks ago and normally when i'm about to start i my boobs hurt and my discharge isn't brown and my boobs haven't been hurting. when he was doing it it felt like he was kinda scratching . . could that be it? thanks in advance!

You probably have a scratch inside your vagina. It shouldnt turn into anything serious as the vagina keeps itself clean. Make sure next time he fingers you, you look at his hand first. Make sure he has no longer or hang nails and if it feels like scratching then move his hand a little to where it doesnt feel like that. He wants to make u feel good and if ur not he would want to kno so he can make it better. Good luck.

why do you get discharge?

Discharge occurs when your vagina is cleaning itself. Unlike a penis, you cant just wipe the whole thing off with a washcloth, so it cleans itself. Its nothing to worry about. It means you are healthy. =)

can you have sex during your period?

I was reading through the comments and people are saying blood will get "EVERYWHERE". When you have sex on your period the blood will not get EVERYWHERE, only on whatever you are laying on and your partners genitals. Have sex on your period doesnt make the flow any different, its not going to make blood squirt out everywhere. But yes, it is a bit messy and guys are usually grossed out by this. But sex on your period for a girl, it often better, because you are more sensitive down there during that time of the month. =)

Does anyone know any attractions/fun things to do for a group of about 10 13and14 year old girls to do in Niagra Falls? I'm on the attractions/fun things to do committee of my girl scout troop and I dont know what to do!

okay I was brushing my teeth, and then I threw up. It was only like a little cough. Like *cough* and throwup came out while still brushing my teeth.

If you stuck the toothbrush down too far you could have gagged yourself. If this was the case then yes you made yourself throw up but im guessing it was an accident so you really have nothing to worry about. Just be careful. If you know it wasnt because of that then im sorry. Just a suggestion.

Diabeties is in NO WAY contagious or harmful to anyone that interacts with a diabetic. Good question though. Dont worry. =)

my boyfriend and i fight because of my own insecurities. i need to know ways to get over the little things..brush them off and whatever. i worry alot.. any suggestions? i really need some advice.

I wrote out a whole answer to this question until i looked at Germangurl's answer & it was almost exactly the same. I was VERY insecure for the first 2 years of my boyfriend & i's relationship. I agree with her completely. Write down how you feel. Its okay, and normal to feel insecure to a certain point. Talk to your boyfriend about this im sure that he will understand, and if he really cares he will help you to overcome these insecurities. You have to constantly write feelings down and talk to him. Im sure he will help you through it. Good luck. And dont worry... he may have the same problem. =)

do you guys know what home thing i could use to do highlights on my hair?? i heard that lemon or lime juice works im just not sure witch one it is and how to apply it HELP please i need to get them before Monday easy 5s for fast answers

I wouldnt use lemon or lime juice. I've heard that it does work but you will have to sit out in the sun forever for it to work.. and your wont be able to control which parts of your hair are highlighted because lemon/lime juice will soak in and spread. I like the Herbal Essences highlighting kit. The kit comes with the bottle and directions on how to apply it. You can probably do it yourself, with someone to just do the back for you. I suggest if you use this, that you separate your hair in sections to make sure that the highlights are shown evreywhere that you want them to be. If you really dont want to use that, then go to your local hair color sales store and ask them how to highlight with foil. There are many different ways that people do it. In my salon, ive heard that we do it a little different. For foil, all the supplies you really need are a highlighting brush, aluminum foil and a little bit of heat. I.E. sitting out in the sun for a couple of minutes or using a hairdryer.

Hello everyone, i have a bit of a problem. I entered a medical program in school and we travel to medical offices a few days a week. Problem is, we are prohibited to bring anything with us except for ourselves and we are gone for a good solid few hours. My question : how is one supposed to bring pads if they are on their period during this time? Any ideas?

You can easily fit a thinner-packaged pad in a back pocket of jeans or a front pocket of a hooded sweatshirt. You can always wear a jacket and put the pad in the pocket and "get hot" and have to take it off. If its like 100 degrees where you are (exaggeration) then wear jeans with a little bigger back pockets so you can fit a pad in there. I use Always Regulars and i can fit them in some of my jean back pockets easily. Good luck & have fun.

Nope, you get genes from both sides of the family. This means that you could get them from your dads side, even though he is a male. So if you dont want boobs like your moms dont worry, there is only a 50% chance you will. =)

Ok... So I'm 18... and my boyfriend is 17.... So.. He is still in school and I graduated last year... I'm soo use to being with my boyfriend like all the time.. and today is the first day of school... So now I'm like lost and dont know what to do to keep myself occupied so I'm not thinking about him all day. When I think about it.. I just get upset.. I know.. It's bad... But I work from 12 to 5*30.. but he plays football so he has practice till like 6 or 7 at night.. :/... I Dont know what to do... Please Help...

When you get out of work... go watch him at football practice. Now im not sure how strict his school is or if you can even watch but you can try. Then go out to dinner after. Theres nothing you can really do about missing him. But trust me, the time you spend apart will make the time you spend together, so much more special.

Rice Krispy Treats are VERY easy.

You will need: A big bowl, a 10oz bag of marshmallows, melted butter, A brownie pan (whichever size, it all depends on how big you want your krispies), Rice Krispies, a big spoon, a knife and a microwave.

1. Pour the bag of marshmallows into the bowl
2. Cover the marshmallows with the melted butter and stir with a wooden or any big spoon until all of the marshmallows appear to be covered.
3. Place in the microwave for 4 minutes (or until melted)
4. Stir in a bag of Rice Krispies (if you put in half the bag and stir, then the other half.. it will be a lot easier)
5. When fully stirred, smooth the mixture evenly into the brownie pan.
6. After they are cooled... lay them out on a flat surface and cut with a knife however many you want.

((If you find that there are too many, cut the recipe in half next time))

These are best stored wrapped in plastic wrap. Refridgerate if you need to.

Whenever my boyfriend comes over we usually just sit and watch T.V or a movie. This is really boring after a while and I want him to feel like he's having fun when he's around me. Is there anything fun that we can do whenever he's over? Nothing sexual or physical; I just mean fun by enjoying one another's company.

I think your idea of making a cake it great. Im not sure exactly how your boyfriend is or what he thinks about baking. But its always fun ((and romantic)) to put on some aprons and bake or cook something. Flour wars are always fun too! =)

You really have to talk to him about this. None of us know him or you enough to tell you EXACTLY how he feels. Just talk to him casually, like at dinner. And just make conversation that will lead to you asking him what exactly you two are. (I.E. - Make up a story about how your friend asked if he was your boyfriend, and you said you dont know because nothing was ever specified... then say "so what exactly ARE we") If he tries to avoid the question just let him know that you dont want ot be in it just for the sexual part and that you really want a relationship.
