How to get good spikes?
Hey, my hair is an inch and a half long, and I have to straighten it each day for it to look funky! But recently it wont spike as much as it used to, I have to use styling wax as gel makes my hair look clumped, it wont straigten up, it keeps falling down, and ideas? X

have you ever tried hardwear by redken? that stuff works great! i was able to spike my friends 5" bangs straight up! i would highly suggest trying that! hope i helped*

try the new garnier frutice surfer look mattier.. im pretty sure thats what its called.. its a styling wax.. and you can also try the GOT 2 Be collection

sometimes when you wet it, and kinda just use to hands to spike it up, and then use hair gel and hair spray, that works sometimes.
if not, try a new gel or wax.
or blow dry it your hair back to front, then add gel.
glue works too, and i know it sounds weird, but a lot of people use glue to spike their hair, and conditioner gets it out.

Try the gel called Got 2 b Glued. It works AMAZING. Well... It works really good on my brother and boyfriend at least. I wouldn't know personally. But my brother swears by it. Why don't you try that? You could find it in the hair products section at Wal*Mart.
