Q: Ok, there's this guy that I've known for a few years- we were never that close, but we talk in school and whatever. anyways, for like the last 3 or 4 months, he's all my best friend can talk about. She really ♥ him. About a month ago, he told me that he really liked me. I didn't tell my friend until one day she was looking at him and noticed that he was staring at me! that's when i let her know. She was sorta upset about it, but she shrugged it off. she still really liked him. Then on V-day he gave me a present & i didn't want 2 show my friend cuz i figured she would get really upset. Well I couldn't hide it cuz she's in all my classes. that's when she just cracked. She would get really sad every time she saw him, and she seemed really distant. then someone told him that she liked him! so he asked her if it was true & she said yea. So i just feel terrible for her and even tho she says it's not my fault I feel like it is. I was just wondering if you think there's anything i could say/do to help her out?!? this has been bugging me forever! i don't know what to do!
thanks sooo much- sorry for the length!
Well, just be there for her, you know? There really isn't much you can do, I mean, we all know that it isn't your fault. What you can do:
Steps:
1. Spend time with your friend, ideally in person.

2. Let your friend talk. If he or she is not talking, encourage it. Keep lots of tissues handy.

3. Try distractions. Movies, sightseeing, outdoor activities and games are good possibilities.

4. Indulge your friend with chocolates, massages, facials, shopping sprees - whatever lets him or her concentrate on pleasure instead of pain.

5. Send a card to lift your friend's spirits if you can't be there in person.

6. Be patient. Some things take a long time to get over.

Avoid such phrases as, "There are other fish in the sea." These comments won't be helpful.

Be careful not to bash about him too much. That kind of talk may make your friend distrust his or her own judgment, or distrust yours.

I really hope that helps, I mean, just be there for her, and put yourself in her shoes, and imagine. Let her know you understand, and that you care. Because most likely, deep down, she is incredibly heartbroken. But it's okay. Tell her that. I hope it works out. :)
good luck, hun♥

Q: i have an essay/ report to doo on dieting and im doing crash dieting in a few paragraphs.

Jessx33

Q: ok- so i am a really big eater!!! but i'm totally not fat! (yet...)but i have ginormous love handles and my stomach is starting to stick out of my clothes and stuff... i feel really ugly and have come to the point where i can't even look in the mirror without wanting to cry! it's brought my self esteem sooooo down! i used to have a really high motabalism (sp?) but i guess the amount of food i've been eating is catching up on me because i'm starting to get bigger... like much bigger by the week!!! I KNOW if i plan to work out it won't work so don't offer that kind of stuff.... i also am not able to controll what i eat. I've tried... I've lost all hope. I tried throwing up and its to scary. is just avoiding food the only way i can help myself...? PLEASE help me!!!
Hun, don't, I repeat, DON'T ever try to make yourself throw up. That will just cause more problems. And very serious problems. Also, don't starve yourself...don't crash diet. I would just try to eat less. It has worked for me. But, that's not the only thing. There's hope :)

If you have any questions or concerns, contact a physician or other health care professional before engaging in any activity related to health and diet. This information is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Try to eat healthy at meals and not have snacks. If you do snack, have fruits and/or vegetables. When I get those sudden urges for snacks, I totally fill up on water. I've only been doing this a few days, but I have noticed I've been eating a lot less junk.

I lost about 50 pounds by eating less and exercising. Instead of eating 3 meals and snacks in between meals, eliminate the snacks. When having meals, try to have some fruits and vegetables, and get your protein. If you do not eat meat, find alternatives (like protein shakes, bars, or soy products). As for the exercise, start with about 10 sit-ups (that's what I started with since my major problem was my stomach). Find exercises that work on the areas where you would like to lose your weight. Eventually, increase your amount of sit-ups (or the exercise you have chosen), but only when you feel ready. You can also add many other exercises, but don't do too much. Increase your routine gradually. You can get hurt if your body is not used to the amount of exercise it is getting. It is also always great to walk as much as possible and drink lots of water.

Watermelon is your friend :) Lows cals, low sugars.

Do not snack on junk food while watching TV. Chances are, you're really into the show and you are not paying attention to how much food you are eating. Before you know it, you've eaten the whole bag of Oreos! If you want to snack in front of the TV, just take a little baggie of whatever you're eating with you (to ensure that you wont overeat).

Small frequent meals (SFMs) tend to stabilize both blood sugar and insulin levels throughout the day. When blood sugar levels spike, fat storage is strongly promoted, because blood sugar must be kept under very tight control by the body. If glycogen reserves are full, blood sugar must be stored as fat. These spikes will also cause an overproduction of insulin, usually leading to a rebound hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) effect a few hours after your meal. This can instigate hunger and cravings, cause your energy levels to crash, and slow your metabolism. In contrast, keeping your blood sugar levels moderate and consistent smoothes out energy levels, keeps insulin levels more constant, and helps keep your metabolism humming. When you eat six nutritious, smaller meals a day, the food is more efficiently absorbed and processed by your body than the "three squares" most Americans eat each day. You’ll be creating a metabolic environment that supports healthy fat loss and muscle gains.

Don's just cut out certain foods. You can eat desserts, but in moderation.

Always be confident. You know you want to smile :) Work your walk and show them your pearly whites :D

Once you lose weight, it's a lifetime committment, if you gained weight in the first place, you know it' s something you cannot forget.

Fad Diets are just that a fad.

Best Advice: Eat foods low on the glycemic index, they keep your blood sugar even and do not cause cravings. Eat all you want of most veges except, corn, white potatoes, and most fruits except watermelon, mangos. Eat whole grain bread w/o white flour and sugar and additives from the healthfood store, you can also find them now in supermarkets. Eat portion sizes of beans, chicken and fish for lunch and dinner. Eat snacks in-between to keep your blood sugar level, such as fruit, or a few nuts, a cup of tea. Diet soda is no good, the (fake) sugar will cause your blood to fluctuate and make you hungry as will coffee because of the caffein. Drink tea, the caffein in tea will not do the same as coffee, and ofcouse, drink H20.

Try to exercise 45 minutes a week in a spin class or a class setting, it is easier to stick to if you dont' like exercise, and do some light weight training once or twice a week. Always take the steps.

Don't stop--Read about the glycemic index, it's not a fad, it's the backbone of how we should eat. Complex Carbs will not make your fat, they burn slowly and fill you up, keep away from simple carbs and all sugar.

Drink plenty of green tea with sugar substitutes. This increases your metabolism and prevents cancer. Have a glass of low-fat milk in the evenings, and avoid carbohydrates (especially ones that come from bread, biscuits, and sweets). If you have a sweet tooth, chew sugar-free gum or drink diet sodas. If you are craving a particular thing really badly, eat it (before you binge later). Don't forget to exercise.

Treadmills. 0o0 lala :)
they help ;)

Your liver processes fat and your colon absorbs the fat. I mix some juice with psyllium seed every day to clean my colon. I also take a liver cleansing tablet. This helps. Besides, you would not believe how much comes out, making a slimmer belly.

Rather than changing all of your bad habits at once, try changing one bad habit at a time. I find that I don't feel so deprived this way, and I am able to stick to the change.

When you overeat, it's probably because your over stressed. Think about all the neat things you can do (except being thin). Have a talk with trusted friends and family, if necessary. When you feel better about yourself, you won't turn to food when you're stressed or sad!

Not everyone can do a low carb diet (it works for some people). If you absolutely love carbs, it may be hard to stick to a low carb diet. You will be more likely to stick with your diet if you eat the foods you enjoy. Just don't overdo them. Try the 90-10 rule: Eat healthy 90% of the time, and save 10% of your calories for the special treats. Don't put any food "off limits." This will only make you want it 10 times more (and you will be more likely to overeat). Exercise is important for so many reasons. Always get out and move, even if it is just walking the dog or taking the stairs. When you do lose weight, treat yourself to a treat. For example, a new CD, a bubble bath, or a massage.

If you chew gum, your brain will think it's food and produce more acid to dissolve it. The more acid, the faster your food is digested, plus you exercise your jaw. Drink water mixed with sugar instead of eating.

I had been trying to lose weight forever, but nothing was working. One day, somebody told me that in order to lose weight successfully you must drink very hot liquids after each meal. For example, drink a good-sized cup of hot tea after each meal. The hot liquid literally melts the fat that is stuck to the sides of your esophagus and stomach walls. The hot liquid melts the fat and sends it straight through your digestive system and out of your body, before it is able to turn itself into actual fatty cells. You can eat what you want!!

Don't sleep with your air conditioner on. Take a cold shower! It feels great and it will help you go to bed without turning the air conditioner on. Your body will burn more calories trying to get warm.

When doing cardio exercises, push yourself to the maximum. 20 minutes of this is more effective than 45 minutes without resistance. The same idea is applied to weights; work out until you feel you did you best. Eat 6-7 small, low calorie, low fat meals. And lastly, drink 9-10 glasses of water a day. This will get you results better than anything!

Every time you feel the need to eat something, even if you have just finished your meal, take a moment to think, "Am I really hungry right now?" Think of food as a natural need and not an emotional balance factor!

1. Try to eat early in the morning, in the middle of the day, and before you get ready for bed. These times would be 7:00 in the morning, 12:00 at noon, and between 5 to 6 o' clock each night.
2. Don't push yourself too hard. If you're doing a workout video or working outside, take a break when you start getting tired.
3. Do not drink water while you work out. If you do, you'll cramp.
4. Before and after working out, try to stretch out your legs, arms, head, shoulders and waist. Do daily exercises like jumping jacks, sit ups, and push ups.
5. Lift your hands after exercising. It will allow your lungs to breathe easier and your heart to go back to a steady beat.

Instead of going to McDonald's every other day, try going every other week or once a month. Did you know one Big Mac is equal to 6 banana splits. That's a lot of carbohydrates!

Soda contains a lot of empty calories. I recently stopped drinking about eight sodas a day, equaling 1360 calories (more than half my recommended total caloric intake). The weight has been coming off with no other lifestyle changes!

I find that sometimes when I'm hungry, and I finally get the chance to fix something, I eat everything in sight really fast. When you eat fast your body does not get the time it needs to compute that you have eaten enough. By the time your body figures out it's not hungry anymore, it's too late and you've already eaten way more than you need to - leading to weight gain. Eat slow and train yourself to enjoy each bite.

As it's been said a lot of times before, drink a lot of water. Exercise, even if it's only for a few minutes at time. It adds up. Do not push yourself if you feel like you can not go on. Don't worry if you can't keep up with what's going on, just do your best. It's okay if you cheat every once in a while. It keeps you from bingeing later on.

Choose carefully what you eat and how much you eat it. The right choice of foods matters. They say to eat 6 meals a day. I do that, but I eat health food. I have protein bars or shakes in between meals. I also have some almonds, vegetables, and even cereal (cereal isn't only eaten in the morning with milk). Pick cereals like Total or Special K, not the bad kiddy cereals. Keep your meals simple. No fried foods. Eat more fruits and vegetables, white meat, if you like bread - stick with wheat bread (keep that to a limit as well). Be careful with other breads and rice and pasta. Actually, stay away from them. While you're at it, exercise. Even walking helps. If you want to pick up the pace, go to a gym. Bottom line, losing weight is mental. You have to want to lose weight!! If you don't, none of ideas will help.

Find a picture of a celebrity, model or other person that has a body type you admire. Every day when you wake up, look at that picture and think - "I want to look like that!" This will help to motivate yourself to look like that. Look at your body, and look at theirs, and then you will have the MOTIVATION you need to EXERCISE, and EAT HEALTHY CONSTANTLY.

Wear a pedometer. Don't put it in your pocket, it won't count your steps like that. You have to firmly clip it to your belt or your wristband for it to work properly. Research shows that a person should walk 10,000 steps each day to be healthy and in shape. 10,000 steps might be impossible to you right now, but just try it. If you think 10,000 is a small number, you can do more. First you have to leave your couch and turn off the TV that you're glued to every day. Get up and start running and walking around the neighborhood. I did. Now, I take 10,000 or more steps each day. Sometimes 8 or 9 thousand steps, but rarely, I know that moving is the key. The best way to do it is to use a jump rope and when you're tired, start walking.

If you want fast food, never order in. Ever. Make it yourself. That way, you can control what goes in, it's cheaper (surprisingly), and you spend time making it and you put thought into what you're eating. If you don't have the ingredients on hand, forget about it, but if you still want fast food, then walk to the place you want to go. Chances are, by the time you get there, you won't want it any more. If you still manage to eat it, order a smaller portion (forget about the upgrades) and walk back home.

For me, it's all about will power. If you are having a bad day, a weak moment or just a plain old craving, having the item staring at you in the face is just setting yourself up for failure. I have had moments of complete weakness where I would have eaten a gallon of Ben and Jerry's - tearing through the cupboards looking for something, anything bad and not on my diet, but there was nothing! 10 minutes later, the craving was gone and I grabbed an apple. If you take the steps to rid yourself of these foods, they won't even be there for you to eat.

Good Luck ♥
I really hoped this helped!!

Remember, Confidence, Motivation, Healthy Eating, and Exercise. That's all it takes. I wish you the best :)

Q: what is ne-yo's new song called
So Sick

:)

JeSSx33

Q: My sore throat is really bothering me and can anyone tell me what type of remedy works really well for a sore throat?
Ugh, I just got over the same thing.
Tylenol
Motrin
Gargling with Salt Water
A humidifier

As soon as possible, try to see your doctor. There could be a variety of things such as Strep, a virus, the flu, or, just a normal sore throat. It could also be drainage/sinuses.

Feel better! ♥

Q: ok well i need to lose weight basically everywhere but i want to lose it on my arms mostly so i can wear t-shirts and not just wear sweatshirts to school. if i put my arms out liek a t its flabby underneath but if i put them down to my side its like towards the back of my arm, how would i lose that and make my arms tone.

ill rate 5's please help i dont want to wear sweatshirts anymore!
Well, I'm here. I would try this; this will work out your arms. If you need anything else or other exercises, my inbox is open.

1. Grasp a dumbbell lightly with your right hand. For starters, use a weight that's less than 10 pounds.

2. Sit on the edge of a chair or workout bench, keeping both feet flat on the floor, knees apart, shoulders relaxed, abdominals contracted and back straight. (Image 1)

3. Raise the weight above your head, making sure not to bend your back and using your left hand to help raise the weight. (Image 2)

4. Extend your right arm and keep it close to your right ear. Turn the palm of your right hand inward.

5. Slowly bend your elbow until the end of the dumbbell almost touches the top of your right shoulder. Focus on contracting your tricep throughout the exercise. (Image 3)

6. Hold the position for 1-2 seconds.

7. Slowly raise the weight until arm is extended. You should feel the tricep muscle contract. (Image 4)

8. Repeat 8-12 times. The entire movement should be smooth and last 5 seconds.

9. Switch the weight to the left side and repeat exercise.

After two to four weeks, increase the weight by 1½ to 3 pounds to challenge yourself. As long as you're not cheating by moving your back, heavier weight will help build stronger, more efficient triceps.

For toning the triceps, try using lighter weights and doing more repetitions. For greater mass, use heavier weights and fewer repetitions.

Using free weights and/or machines can isolate this three-headed muscle. Ask a physical therapist or licensed personal trainer for optimal exercises.

To improve your strength more quickly, lift weights more slowly - this allows your muscles to rely more on strength than momentum.

Standard push-ups involve the triceps. Do the push-up with your hands slightly closer together than shoulder width.

Overall Warnings:
If you have any condition which would impair or limit your ability to engage in physical activity, please consult a physician before attempting this activity. This information is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Good Luck♥

Q: Okay im 13
4'11
and i weigh 92 pounds
i want to lose weight but my doctor said it would be unhealthy. so im kind of looking to tone-up my body in a more healthy way. and i'm not aloud to go on a diet
:-/
anything helps!
i rate high!
thanks
Alright. To be quite honest, you're underweight. Other people say your weight's fine, but I really wouldn't consider losing more weight. Now as far as toning goes, that's fine; I understand you don't want to gain weight, so here goes:

There are hundreds of companies selling machines and devices that promise to magically transform you into a vision of fitness and beauty. The fact is, simple activities and exercises provide all the fitness and toning you need, at little or no cost. Follow the chart below to work on specific areas. Keep in mind that spot-reducing is a myth. You won't just lose fat around your stomach, for example, you will lose it everywhere, even if you only work your abdominal muscles. However, you can tone muscles in a specific area, and the additional strength will combat flabbiness.

AREA OF BODY SOLUTIONS
Abdominal muscles Exercises: Crunches are very effective at toning the abdominal muscles. Do one set of 20 every morning before you get dressed: Lie on the floor with your knees bent. Lock your hands behind your head, and bring your elbows and knees together by flexing your abdominal muscles. Aim your elbows and chest toward the ceiling; lift shoulder blades 2 inches (5 cm) off floor. Avoid fully extending your legs, as this can place too much strain on your lower back.
Activities: Great ab workouts include rowing, tennis and yoga. These activities work the entire set of abdominal muscles, promoting overall strength. (They're also much more fun than sit-ups and crunches.)
Bicep muscles (front of arm) Exercises: Men secretly like to worry about their biceps. Fortunately, these are very easy to improve. Any small hand weight of 10 to 15 lbs. (4.5 to 7 kg) can be used while you're in front of the TV or at your desk. While sitting, brace your elbow against your hip bone and bring the weight to your shoulder. Do several sets of 10 repetitions. You should see results in just a few days.
Activities: Rock climbing will work the biceps, with the added advantage of simultaneously building forearm strength. As any parent knows, lifting a toddler throughout the day provides a good bicep workout, too.
Tricep muscles (back of arm) Exercises: Cure flabby arms by working the triceps. Use a light weight at first, up to about 5 lbs. (2.5 kg). Holding the weight in one hand, extend your arm straight over your head. Keeping your elbow still and shoulder down, lower the weight. Do several reps before switching to the other hand.
Activities: Lots of sports will work the triceps. Cross-country skiing is probably the best and also provides important cardiovascular benefits. Swimming and rowing are also good choices. Start slowly. These muscles can get very sore.
Quadricep muscles (front of thigh) Exercises: Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Keeping your upper body straight, flex your knees so that your hips lower straight down toward your heels. Keep your weight back on your heels. Continue dropping your hips as low as you can comfortably go. Do not sink all the way to the floor, as this stresses the knees. Return to standing position. Repeat 20 times.
Activities: The best activity for your quads is bicycling. A stationary bike works fine, but a real bike is much more fun. Pedal easily and go for distance instead of speed. Skiing also provides a fantastic quadriceps workout.
Hamstring muscles (back of thigh) Exercises: These are the largest muscles in the body, and it is important to keep them strong and loose. Sporting-goods stores and physical therapists carry large elastic bands such as Therabands, designed to provide resistance workouts similar to weight lifting. Purchase one of these bands and tie the ends together in a knot. Secure the band underneath a heavy piece of furniture. Sit in a chair placed 2 feet (60 cm) beyond the end of the band. Loop the band behind your ankle and pull against it by bringing your foot back to the chair. Release slowly. Repeat 20 times with each leg.
Activities: Almost any activity will work your hamstrings. Walking and jogging are probably the easiest. Again, go for distance rather than speed to get the best workout.
Stretching A vital part of any workout schedule is stretching. Loose muscles are more resistant to injury and will allow you a greater range of comfortable motion. Incorporate stretching into your daily activities, and pretty soon it will become second nature.
Hamstring stretch Sit on the floor with your legs apart or together. Bend forward slowly from the waist. Keep your knees straight. Reach your fingers toward your feet. Don't bounce your body. Hold for 30 seconds, then slowly return to sitting. Don't worry if you can't reach your feet. Take it slowly.
Calf muscle stretch Stand with your toes on the edge of a stair or curb. Lower your heels toward the ground until you can feel your calf muscles gently stretch. Hold for 30 seconds, then rest. Repeat several times. This is an important stretch because tight calf muscles can contribute to shin problems.
Abdominal stretch Stand with your feet widely spread. Reach both arms straight over your head. Bend slowly to the left until you can feel the muscles along your right side stretching. Do not rotate your hips or shoulders. Slowly return to the starting point, then bend to the right. Repeat 10 times.
Quadriceps stretch Brace your left arm against a wall or table. Raise your right foot toward your back and grab it with your right hand, keeping your knees together. Relax your right leg muscles as you gently pull up and back on your foot. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat for the other foot. Repeat three times.

Deep knee bends
Deep knee bends builds thighs, glutes, hips and is great for lung power and endurance. With your feet about shoulder width apart, grab on to the edge of a sink (or something that will give you support) and while looking up, slowly bend your knees and lower your body until your butt is just about touching the floor. Slowly stand up using only your legs to lift you, keep your heels on the floor and do as many as you can. For variation you can place your feet wider or closer together, or do them one leg at a time.

I hope those helped. Those are indeed simple exercises.
As you have probably heard/seen on the sight,
toneteen.com works accompanying your motivation.
Good luck, and remember, you are trying to keep current weight, not lose it. ♥

Q: how many oz of water are we suppost to drink every day
8 cups of water a day will do it. The more...the better.

Q: (fyi im f) today i was working out, and during the end of my work out/ after my stomach felt awful! I felt like I was going to have major "bathroom time" and cramps at the same time. though i never had to do either. i mainly ran, and did some weights. what could have caused this? could it just be cramps coming? thanks!
Well, it's normal enough. I highly doubt you pulled anything, but like I said, it' so normal; I mean, it happens to me all the time. I'm not exactly sure what causes it, it's like that everytime for me; maybe by some chance you overdid it. And, it could possibly be "just cramps coming". Perfectly normal. If this isn't what you wanted, please don't rate me down, just run it by another time. That would be fabulous. Thanks! Good luck ♥

Love always,

Q:
okay. since i cant let my computer have any viruses.

what will happen if i download limewire, download 10 songs or so and then uninstall it. then just install it whenever i need it.

im willing to do anything not to get a virus. because my mom said if i crash my computer one more time then i cant get it fixed anymore..
and walmart.com has nothing to chose from!

thanks..
Limewire doesn't carry any viruses. I've had it forever, and it works fine. And you get free songs :)

Q: I have a long-ish labia on one side but nothing on the other side. Is this considered normal or attractive?
Perfectly normal.

Q: how would you define cheating??

kissing, sex, multiple relationships, etc etc??

i was juss curious.

thanks!!
I would consider cheating as a chain of multiple relationships. Guaranteed.

Q: Ok, today I got my ears pierced and the woman the did it apparently wasn't trained well. She told me that I need to take them out every night and clean them. So I took them out and she hadn't evened the hole where you put the earring in. So I can't get either of my earrings in and my mom is now mad at me. I have worked with it for about 20 minutes and still can't get it in. Any Ideas?
Since I have enough piercings of my own, of course she did not what she was doing. You never take out newly pierced earrings, especially if it's cartilidge. I think you should try some more to convince your mom that really, that's what she told you. Stop fidgeting with your ears, because your ears will get sore. That's not the thing to do, although I understand your mom's mad. Mine's the same. I would read the policy and see if you can get a refund of some sort, and go back in 4-6 weeks. I've had that multiple times before I got my earrings to stay put.
Good luck ♥

Jessx3

Q: I made this thing for my boyfriend, and I wrote "I love you" on it, but I have room to put his name under that.
Do you think I should personalize it or just leave it as "I love you"?
Personalize :)

Jessx3

Q: why would a guy that you're just friends with get mad if you ask about a friend of his? I had just gotten hired at a new store. I found out from my guy friend that another one of his friends got hired at the same company. I asked him what department he got hired in, and if he knew that I was working there as well. Then my friend got angry and said "why do you want to know"? It almost sounded like he was jealous.
Is this a normal reaction? Or does it sound like he's possesive of me, considering that we are just friends.
Yes, jealous. I guess you could say it's normal, but in my opinion it seems like he's possessive, but that's just mine. I think you should still talk to him, just not too much about work. I mean, there's not much you can do, really. Quit? Um, no. So that's what I would do. And, in your actions, show that you're still there and that you want to be friends.
Good Luck ♥
Anything else, I have an inbox ;)

Q: ok SO HERES THE STORY.
i have a boyfriend of 6 months and i love him and everything but..
I ALWAYS think other boys are cute. and one of the boys that i thought were cute was in my dream and we kissed! i dont get it..im starting to like other boys? should i move on because im tired of him? helppp..
by the way i never talk to these boys but one of them always stares at me at lunch lol
Well, I'll do my best to answer. If you think that you are starting to look at other guys, maybe you should try it. Tell your guy that you need a break. It sounds risky, but it may very well work. And also, it doesn't mean you have to do this, and just because you had a dream doesn't mean that you're not interested. But, if you want to start looking for other guys, try that. And then, if you decide you want to back, let him know. Let me know how it goes, and if you have any other questions, ask.
good luck ♥

Jessx3

Q: Between BearShare, Ares, or LimeWire, which one would you guys pick? I just want to know. I`ve had LimeWire for a year, but then all of my songs got deleted, but yet you can still hear them & burn them on to CD's. It's okay if LimeWire wins, but just to know what you guys think about these 3. Thanks a bunch for your opinions.
Limewire.

Q: Hi, well.. is it "normal" to hate a guy and like him at the same time? Because I don't want to like him but I can't help it! (gah hormones I suppose).. It seems to happen with most I guys I like.. I guess that tends to happen when you like the a**holes.. but.. other than that, I'll alwayd like a guy maybe 30%, never full out crush on 'em. Thanks in advance for your advice =)
Ugh, oh my gosh, yes. Frequently normal. No worries.
good luck ♥

Heyyyy, I'm jess. I love to help other people, no matter what. I've been through enough bs to know when to just stop and walk away. I don't judge; feel free to ask me anything. I have quite the temper. But, what makes me a good advice-giver is that for the most part, I'm genuinely empathetic and willing to help.
(:

I've had a lot of experiences with piercings, bullying, family problems, and even sexual issues (no std's)- but with the emotional part of it. I love music, so I give good, basic advice about that, too. Also, I deal with severe anxiety and depression, and have been in treatment numerous times. On top of that, I have OCD (Obsessive Complulsive Disorder), and because I've been around people addicted to drugs, or cutting, I can help! Just give me the chance.
